Welcome to Duneview Luxe, a stunning designer home combining sophisticated style with relaxed coastal living. Perfectly suited for families, couples, or wedding guests, this modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is located in a peaceful pocket just a five-minute drive to the patrolled Ocean Grove beach and a short trip to local shops, cafés, and wineries.
Step through the beautiful timber entryway and into a space where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The master suite is a true sanctuary featuring a king bed, walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite with a double shower and private toilet.
Each additional bedroom includes a queen bed, built-in robes, and ceiling fans, while the central bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet — perfect for families or groups.
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, designed for effortless entertaining and connection. The designer kitchen features premium appliances, stone benchtops, a butler`s pantry, and all the modern conveniences you need.

HOUSE RULES & TERMS
GENERAL
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & House Rules.
Please treat our home with care and respect our neighbours at all times.
• Strictly NO smoking
• No parties, events, Schoolies, hens or bucks
• Minimum booking age: 25 years
• Please follow all parking guidelines provided
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out must be pre-approved and subject to availability and additional fees.
Unauthorised late check-out: $110 per hour
• Contactless entry via key safe
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on departure
• Failure to return keys may result in management and/or replacement fees
COOKING
Cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g. curries) is not permitted.
A $450 deep cleaning fee will apply if odour removal is required.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted without prior approval.
Please enquire before booking to discuss.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Pet-related damage
• Excess cleaning required
⚠️ UNAVAILABILITY
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage):
• We will notify you immediately
• Alternative accommodation will be arranged where possible
• If not, a full refund will be issued
Host on the Coast is not liable for additional accommodation costs.
PARTIES & NOISE
• Strictly NO parties or functions
• Immediate eviction without refund for breaches
• Additional cleaning, repairs, and security charges may apply
Please respect neighbours:
• No excessive noise at any time
• Quiet hours: No noise audible outside after 10:00 PM
️ LINEN & TOWELS
• Linen and bath towels are provided
• Leave used items in bedrooms/bathrooms on departure
Additional terms:
• Extra linen available upon request (fees apply)
• Stains/damage may incur replacement charges
• Stays over 1 week: optional housekeeping (fee)
• Stays over 2 weeks: mandatory housekeeping (fee applies)
Failure to comply may result in termination without refund.
⚠️ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
• Any damage, breakage, theft, or loss
• Notifying us immediately if issues occur
Other conditions:
• Do not exceed booked occupancy
• No disturbance to neighbours at any time
• Lost keys/lockouts: $100 call-out fee + replacement costs
BEFORE DEPARTURE
Please ensure the following:
• Remove all food from fridge
• ️ Dispose of rubbish in provided bins
• ️ Wash and pack away dishes & cutlery
• Empty dishwasher
• Clean BBQ after use ($100 fee if not cleaned)
Additional charges may apply for:
• Excess rubbish
• Dirty kitchen or dishes
• Unemptied fridge or dishwasher
PROPERTY CARE
• Leave the property clean and tidy
• Return furniture to original positions
• Smoking indoors: $400 penalty
• No illicit drugs permitted
• Allow access for repairs/maintenance when required
Host on the Coast is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
