The elevated 2 storey home boasts a modern architectural design, with 2 living areas plus well-stocked kitchen, casual dining and 3 outdoor areas. A master retreat upstairs with a private balcony is separate from ground floor bedrooms. Set up to sleep up to 6 guests, with an additional fold out couch available. The home has Wifi, Netflix, SSAC, ceiling fans and ducted heating.

Set just a couple of houses back from the beach, and only 500m to the Dawn café for your morning coffee, this stunning contemporary home offers luxurious beachside living. Located in a great area away from the busy heart of Ocean Grove, this home is in a fabulous location central to both shopping centres (3mins drive to either The Terrace or Marketplace Shops), only 500m to the Begola Wetlands and close to the footy oval.



Entering at street level, you will walk into a spacious entrance foyer that leads to the ground floor bedrooms, study and a living area with couches, board games, ceiling fan and a Smart TV (Netflix connectivity). This room opens on to a paved patio. Sit around the outdoor table and chairs, and head straight to the beach access track via the patio gate to the rear laneway.



Ascending the timber staircase, you will arrive in the spacious upstairs open-plan living/dining area with a family-sized kitchen. The combination of timber flooring and coastal décor create an inviting, relaxed setting, and the well-stocked kitchen features ample storage along with quality appliances (900m oven/gas hob/dishwasher/Nespresso coffee pod machine). Curl up on the beautiful tan leather lounges and watch movies on the Smart TV (Netflix connectivity) after long days at the beach or exploring the Bellarine Peninsula.



Facing west, the large window frames the sunset outlook and sliding doors open to the upper deck with timber-and-glass balustrade. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh sea breeze while you cook a BBQ and relax on the outdoor lounge. Split system heating-cooling units are located in upstairs living and the master bedroom. Ducted heating provides cosy climate control, and ceiling fans are fitted in the ground floor living room, and bedrooms 3 and 4.



The bedrooms are beautifully appointed with white hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Indulge in the parents retreat upstairs, where the King size master bedroom features a private east-facing balcony, walk-in robe, ensuite and Smart TV (Netflix connectivity).



Three bedrooms downstairs offer a King bed, Twin Single beds and a combined study/4th bedroom with a desk and fold-out double sofa bed (to sleep 1 person) by request at the time of booking for additional linen cost. Bedrooms 2 and 4 both open to private courtyards. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, and powder rooms (toilets) are conveniently located on both floors. There is a washing machine in the laundry.



Families please note there are no stair safety gates on-site. BYO portacot/highchair. Garage is available and additional parking is available in the driveway.

Two cars only are permitted per group.



Spacious, light-filled living areas and genuine family accommodation in a great location - everything is ready for you to enjoy the surf, sun and salty air. Plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10mins drive away.

Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to the beach (80m to access track) Begola Wetland reserve (500m), café (500m), supermarkets/shops (3mins drive to The Terrace or Marketplace shops).

Buses to and from Ocean Grove / Geelong.

Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.

Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
