Overall great property

The property exceeded our expectations and provided more than enough space for our multi-family needs (6 adults, 4 children). The location is excellent and neighbourhood was mostly quiet except for a few barking dogs. The property was well stocked with lots of appliances and equipment for cooking and cleaning during our stay. Towels and linen are included and the washer and dryer both work well. The second fridge on the lower floor was handy for storing drinks, while the upstairs fridge in the kitchen held all our food. The kids used the pool daily even though we are in winter, as the weather was beautifully sunny for the entirety of our stay. The black sun umbrella was a great feature that would be especially appreciated in hotter months. A few minor gripes regarding - dust under beds and on top of the shelving - greasy rangehood top - the broken foot of the pool sunbeds (my daughter fell over one and cut her knee on the plastic rattan) - unfortunately Netflix is no longer included in the rental unless you have your own subscription (this information may need to be updated in the welcome/information booklet at the accommodation to reduce confusion). While the overall price was higher than I would have liked to pay for the week, the lasting memories and comfort of our stay were well worth it. Thanks.

We loved staying in Agnes Waters and our first impressions of the house were great but when waking on the first morning to the Agnes Waters heat and no air con in the living areas we nearly died. Two weeks of no air con in the living areas was hell as it's an extremely hot house that doesn't seem to catch the breeze. House is in need of some overall maintenance but other than that it was great. Everything you would ever need was provided especially in the kitchen, the beds were comfy, the pool was great, close to the beach (a big walk to the flagged beach though), plenty of room to spread out and was really clean which is very important. Not sure we would stay there again as we would like to be in closer walking distance to the flagged beach as the beach close to the house was quite dangerous for the kids.

We stayed here with extended family for an early Xmas celebration. Having two living areas was a bonus and the large dining options perfect. The pool was lovely and the neighbourhood quiet. There is no air conditioning in the main living and dining areas and ceiling fans are also notably absent from these areas which made it a little sticky at times. The bedrooms all had air con and fans and were well presented. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would rebook again.

Needs new master bed and basics need to be provided for first day. (Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and salt and pepper.)

This is quite a magnificent property. It is superbly sited within a quiet court right next to a stretch of fabulous, virgin beach. The home is over several levels with first class facilities and every creature comfort attended to. The beds are very comfortable and heating/air conditioning is available if required. This home will satisfy even the most fastidious of guests. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We could not recommend a stay at this lovely home highly enough.

Excellent property for six adults plus children. Handy to townships Agnes Water and 1770. Easy stroll to beach and village. Handy to shops and restaurants.

Great house for 2 families. Location and ocean view better than expected. Well equipped.

We had a nice 3 night getaway with friends and family. House is very kid friendly and has everything you could want or need. Very clean, tidy and beautiful. We will be back.
