Dune Side Escape - private pool & 6seater golf cart

My family loved this house! The kids really liked the bunk room. We all loved the pool. The house was the best equipped kitchen that we have rented along 30A. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Perfect family getaway in 30A! The house was amazing for kids, with a private pool that had great afternoon shade for relaxing after the beach. The location was ideal, close to so many great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Everything made for an easy, fun, stress-free vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location

We loved our stay! The property was better than expected. We traveled with 3 families, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The kids had their own floor, with a bunk room, double bedroom and own bathroom. Each couple had their own master bedroom with ensuite bathroom....it was perfect. The heated pool was a great plus and used daily by our kids. Everything is within walking distance and the golf cart made traveling around 30A super easy. Emily was an exceptional host, so responsive and provided us helpful tips, like ice cream and dinner recommendations. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed too, from beach towels to coolers to beach chairs/toys to propane for the grill. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Santa Rosa! Thank you Emily!

Great place to stay. Having a golf cart was very nice to get around

Awesome home for our family of 9! Room for everyone so everyone had their own space. Pool was nice after the beach. All amenities taken care of and had everything we needed. Host was responsive quickly. Park was used every day that is right next to the house.

10/10…would rent again!!! Beautiful home, well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies, etc, loved having the pool and the private park right next door, convenient location…walk or short golf cart rides to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We had issues with the front door lock and the golf cart and the hosts were easily accessible, immediately responsive, and resolved the issues asap! Can’t wait to rent again!

This property is beautiful, and it’s in a great location! Our children, their spouses, and our five grandchildren had plenty of room. We loved the pool as well as the adjacent private park. The beach is a quick golf cart ride from the house and close to restaurants and oyster bars.

The house was great! Well stocked with all the supplies we needed - kitchen and bath essentials and pool and beach gear! The house was clean and location was good - a quiet street but walkable to coffee, breakfast and ice cream.

Our family had a great stay over the past weekend for my daughter’s winter break from school. The house was clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the pool and close access to the beach with golf cart. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for the perfect house, this is it! The house itself is stunning, and it is totally immaculate. Sometimes places look great in the pictures, and then the reality is quite different. Dune Side Escape was as pristine as they come. We had a large family group, and we really appreciated the openness of the downstairs area. We never felt crowded for even a second. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room - all perfect. The pool area was gorgeous, and the golf cart was a great help in getting our people and our stuff to the beach. Our family had a lovely and memorable week at Dune Side Escape, and we would highly recommend it to everyone!
