Dune Our Thing II New Construction 8 Bedroom, 8 Bathroom Oceanfront Home w/ Pool!

A great home with lots of room for friends and family. Plenty of space and the pool and hot tub are fantastic! Clean, comfortable and homey.

New home with all the basics. Easy location to the beach and spacious interior to gather together and retreat to bedroom for quiet time. Public beach access is two ish lots down on both sides of the house . We had plenty of room but foot traffic was heavy especially with locals on weekends. Plenty of room to gather on the porches and watch the ocean. Pool and spa is nice but typical for the beach is quite sandy even after servicing. For being a new home the kitchen essentials were lackluster — the numbers are worn off the one liquid measuring cup in the house. There were ant traps throughout main floor and we had a steady stream of ants in the kitchen, but rental company said to leave them be so they use the ant bait. The beds were supposed to be made and upon check in half of the beds were done and 1/2 were not. Extra sheets were in the laundry room. Pots, pans and mixing bowls in cabinets were greasy and there was garbage left behind in a few bathrooms upon Check in. Not a big deal - think cleaners were likely slammed with summer and missed these few things. Overall we would consider staying again for the layout, pool and proximity to the beach but question how well kept the house will be after it’s not new.

This home was spectacular!! A couple of issues with a new home but were handled in a yo rly manner!! Views were awesome!! Pool and hot tub were awesome too!! A **10** if that were an option!!

House was wonderful. Couldnt have been better. I would stay there again. But I WONT BOOK with VRBO ever again. Customer service would not help me cancel a prior rental when I called VRBO even with the reservation number before the cut off date. I was ADVISED to dispute the charge with my credit card company because of VRBO's inability to cancel the reservation. Reservation HADCXMFH provided and CSR said I cant see it and cant help you. Told me to dispute the charge. Ill book directly with house owners or property company and not VRBO going forward and will recommend same to family and friends.

Absolutely astounding

This house did NOT disappoint. We met the owner on day 2, super nice gentleman that wanted to make sure everything was in order, as did the property management company. The owners did EVERYTHING right and didn’t cheap out on the little things like a lot of places do. The decor is immaculate, furniture is really nice, fit and finish is very well done, and they didn’t mess around with the appliances…all of them are top notch. The bedrooms are perfectly appointed with roomy bathrooms. Each room has a smart TV and plenty of closet and drawer space. Every room feels like a suite! The two general living areas are very well done, great laundry room on the third floor with two sets of high quality washers and dryers. That made laundry so much easier. The kitchen is a dream. Double wall oven, TWO large refrigerators, ice machine, cooktop, plenty of space for cook and prep. Plenty of dining space as well. Outside living space is as special as the inside. The pool is really a great configuration. Perfect for lounging/floating about. Private direct access to the beach is fantastic. The views of the ocean and the beach are to die for day and night, rain or shine. 5 of the bedrooms face the ocean and have direct access to the balconies. We stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. It was such a great place to vacation. Owner and property company stayed in contact over the 2 weeks to make sure we were good. Nice touch. If you are looking the perfect place, THIS is it!
