Stayed Sep 18, 2025We enjoyed our trip to Holden but we didn’t find a washer and dryer as advertised. We also found a lot of the dishes in the cabinet to be dirty with leftover food from past visitors. The location was great and we enjoyed the quiet street.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025It's a nice stay, but needs to be updated and renovated. All the decking has been redone, but the upper deck is not thereany more. The pictures are inaccurate.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023There was plenty of room for our family and we were especially pleased with the short walk to the beach. The few minor issues were a lack of a few kitchen items—we could have used an additional cookie sheet and the can opener didn’t work very well. We would stay at this property again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect but the cleanliness was not the best not even close we had to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen wash the sheets before we could sleep on them

Stayed Dec 31, 1969sunflower stated in the description central air we arrived that had three window units so they were aware of the problem had to call multiple times to get it fixed two/three days fixing it people in and out of the house for days super inconvenient management never called back furniture is extremely outdated everything was dusty beds feel rocks dishwasher was nasty no driveway (grass)
