Dual Nashville | 1 mile from DT Nash & Farmers Market

Everything was perfect. The house was clean, everything was set up perfectly, it held our party of 12 perfectly. There were a couple damages around the house (upstairs master bed frame was cracked, burn on the ground, floor has settled, walls needed a little cleaning), just little things but not enough to bad mouth the place. It is really close to Broadway, but do not expect to be able to walk anywhere lol. But overall the place was really nice, would recommend it to everyone!

Communication with the host was easy and fast. The house was amazing and location was great.

Nice size, clean property with kitchen on two levels so large groups can spread out. It was perfect for our group.

The house is amazing. The walls need to be painted or washed, throughout. The layout was almost exactly like the photos. My only complaint is they take the balance but wait until the day before AND of to have you finish documents. You also pay for cleaning but check out instructions threaten additional charges if you dont wash dishes, take out trash or put towels on floor. I had to send pics of small damages on arrival, so i wouldnt be charged. The bed padding is unclean. Sheets seem ok but underneath is bad. Not bad but needs improvements.

The location to downtown was great. It would be nice if it had an outdoor grill. Overall the place was clean and comfortable. Will look into renting gain when back in Nasheville.

Finding a property to accommodate 5 couples with rooms that suit married couples was difficult. This location was spacious enough for us to spread out and have our own space. Was a little skeptical about the area, but seemed to work out and was close enough to things we wanted to do with a short drive. Host was very helpful when someone in our group left one of their possessions behind.

This was a great set up for 5 couples using the entire house (one couple slept in separate beds in a room). We ubered to Music Row and Bridgestone Arena easily. The neighborhood was very quiet and we took several morning/afternoon walks over to Fisk University and back. The starter packs of bath/kitchen soaps, garbage bags, paper towels were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great friends trip. House was perfect. Just needs some little maintenance. Some doors were squeaky, hard to open, wouldn’t latch. But overall very nice property. Great for meals and socializing. Would stay there again

Place was okay but could use some minor repaint on walls. Our biggest problem was using the oven. There were no directions and we could Not figure it out! They could use bigger coffee cups. Nothing major! No written instructions on how to use tv. We tried several times. Bedrooms could use some tvs.

Property was available for early check in and the 6 bedrooms between the 2 units were perfect for my family. Neighborhood is just on the outskirts of downtown Nashville which was about a 5-10 minute uber depending on where you were going downtown. We knew this and it was not a problem. Plenty of parking avaliable on site. We didn't need anything during the trip but the management checked in daily via a text to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. For the price and location we could not have been any happier. Great site and would definitely do it again.

Nice property. Supplies of pans for cooking was not good at all. Wiring of fans terrible. Not able to use fan as light would not turn off, no remote to fan in master room. Distance and way needed to travel into Downtown not a good path so not able to walk in.
