Home was everything we needed, clean, the owners checked in with us often to see everything was going well, great backyard, walking distance to river and park. We will come back very soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The property management company is super responsive and check in and check out were very easy. The house is a little small but the location is absolutely perfect! You are just across the parking lot from the main entrance to Schlitterbahn. The house came with tubes so we bought a mini air compressor at Walmart and used those to float the river. That saved us 25/day/person because we didn’t have to use an outfitter. If you stay here, walk around the corner to taco loco (in the gas station), you won’t regret it! It’s a great rental! Just book it!

Perfect size for a family of 5-6. If you love turtles this is the home decor for you. Bathroom sinks need aerators in the faucets.

It was super comfy and cozy house and spacious for a family of four. We really enjoyed the location. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

The view is amazing, lovely trees and historical landmarks are visible from the front porch, topped with deers wondering about. The town is beautiful with murals on the buildings, lot’s of history and great food and drinks. After a day of exploring and shopping, come home and relax in the beautiful back yard on the swing by a warm fire. We enjoyed our visit and the hospitality of the community, and would highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the backyard games. Also location is perfect if you want to be close to the river. Parks and restaurants are within walking distance.

Conveniently located for our river float at the comal and visiting Schlitterbahn across the street! We really enjoyed the backyard it was super cute and nicely fenced in for our dog to run around.

This house was perfect. Great location!

The property was cute and very close to the river entry and schlitterbahn, however, there were roaches in the bathroom and strange beetles in the kitchen. I could have done without extra house guests.

This property was the perfect location for those looking to have fun at the water park. We were able to walk home for lunch and rest. They also allowed us to escape Hurricane Beryl and check in a night early at a discount… wonderful!! A few notes for improvement: - no kitchen table ( we made due, but possibly put a larger table on the back patio. - we stayed 4 nights. For a family of 6 we ran out of trash bags and detergent. - no tv in Master Bedroom

Took our grown children for a quick get away! Enjoyed the river and schlitterbahn. Love the house!
