Truly enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly and very good communication. Perfect for family (including pets). Location couldn’t get any better. Super easy access to everything.

Charming older home with very comfy furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Plenty of space for us and our 2 pets. Plenty of outside furniture and enjoyable space. Seeing deer in the neighborhood was an added plus!

This home was so quaint Our favorite feature was the backyard. We saw many cats , a fox and a herd of deer that wandered through the neighbors yard. It was the coolest three days. The neighborhood is quiet and the downtown had plenty to do.

We had a great stay for a wedding we attended in Greune. Everything was lovely.

I cannot say enough great things about Havana House! The property was clean and welcoming, in a nice location, and easy to find. The house is absolutely charming! Homey and historic in all the best ways. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio and our dog loved the yard. It was so nice to watch the deer. We also appreciated being within walking distance to downtown. I would definitely recommend Havana House to anyone looking for a rental in New Braunfels!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Havana Haus. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and found the location to conducive to walking to many downtown New Braunfels attractions.

Welcoming and open house. Very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 kids. Nice backyard area and which we got to see deer.

Was amazed at the cleanliness and renovation of such a beautiful 108 year old house. Beds were very comfortable the minute my head hit the pillow I was out. The only problem we had was the Air conditioner was set to low and the light in the living room would go out for about 25 seconds then come back on continuously. But all in all I would rate it as a 10.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck as well as the front porch rocking bench watching the deer. Our girls' weekend was very enjoyable. Since we were very close to the river, we enjoyed our tubing expedition along the Comal. Close to restaurants, various activities and venues as well as Gruene for shopping.

Loved the house. Awesome location. Comfy beds. Clean showers.

House was very nice. Yard needs a little attention. Little to no grass in back and was very muddy. Had to wipe our dogs feet off every time we let them out. AC was a little underpowered. Said filter needed to be replaced. Would not get below about 68.

Great property with all the conveniences of updated appliances in the kitchen! The house is roomy and comfortable! There were deer and a lot of wild life (birds) around for watching! Located within walking distance to tube rental for floating down the Comal River!
