Dream villa under palm trees on two hectares of land with saltwater pool

This is a beautiful home and very large. The communication with Rachel the property manager was fast and gives you as much privacy as you want. She happily came out to show us all the amenities of the house. The walk in closets are great. They have lots of beach toys and gear as well as pool items. This home has a well for water so you have to remember that Florida has sulfur water so at times you could smell it. However they do have a filtered faucet in the kitchen for drinking. The home has has numerous step downs so it is something to be aware of for those elderly or young children around the front porch, pool and master bedroom shower. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The area is quiet for taking a walk. The only problem we encountered was the front gate was not working.

Beautiful home. Safe and peaceful location.About thirty minutes from downtown Naples, but close to stores, restaurants and malls.Home was very clean.

The place is really clean and behind a gate. We were there to relax and boy did this place deliver. Speakers built in that play in every room but a volume knob in each room if you don’t want to hear music it there. Fans and lights on the huge lanai make sitting out in the Florida heat enjoyable. The pool and spa were utilized each day and most nights. The pool is heated to a specified temp but you can pay to have it heated even more. There are bikes to ride and beach chairs and umbrella to use. Rachel the property manager is very polite and wants to make your stay a positive experience. Check in was really easy then we did a walk through over the phone where she answered all questions I had. I texted her throughout my stay with questions I had and she was very attentive in getting back to me.

I've done many rentals in this area of Naples while my daughter was a student at Ave Maria and hands down this was the VERY BEST one we've stayed at. It had plenty of room for our family and it had everything we needed!

Everything from the pictures to the description of the property are 100% accurate. The house was super clean and is an amazing property. From the entrance gate to the large lot, perfect pool and lanai area, to the large open floor plan, we enjoyed our stay so much here! The owner and property manager are super friendly and punctual with any questions you may have. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Naples area. Highly recommend!!!

The place was beautiful. It was a little farther out to the center of Naples but we still managed to get around. I would comment that the one thing I would have them look into is a railing for the pool. It would definitely add more security entering and exiting the pool. I had just had a total knee replacement and it was difficult getting out of the last step. Other then that kitchen well equipped and we had a nice relaxing time.

We are concluding a 13 night stay at this lovey, peaceful property. Its location is approximately 25 minutes from the beach. Perfect for us. Plenty of grocery choices, excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The home is well appointed with a pool and hot tub within an enclosed lanai. We spent much time outside. Indoors was wonderfully comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of social areas (including a billiards table). My husband needed to conduct business while he was here and the office area and internet was exceptional. He was very pleased. The management firm rep, Rachel made the check in (and out) easy and professional. She provided a walk-through providing the necessary information needed for our stay along with the ability to contact her if we needed anything. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this property and will do so again if traveling to Naples.

We thouroughly enhoyed our stay here. Everything was clean upon arrival and the home was just as described in the listing photos. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The pool and large master shower were fantastic. Our only complaints were the very firm king bed in the master suite. I know some people like this, but it is certainly much firmer than any typical hotel bed. An optional foam topper might be a good investment. Second, the home instructions were a confusing mix of english and german. There were some pages in german that did not have corresponding english and it was overall just very confusing. Overall though, great stay and we would come back anytime!

A Luxurious retreat with outstanding 'kerb appeal'. The house is everything that one is hoping for; Immaculately clean, tidy and efficient with all the kitchen equipment needed. The pool and spa heated quickly and made for a very pleasant end to each day. Situated on a quiet road but amid the prevailing sound of traffic which is now the hallmark of once quiet Naples. It was particularly noticeable during morning and afternoon rush hours. We were lucky to see a deer and fawn in the 'natural Florida' at the end of the yard, plus a northern flicker nesting in the trunk of a sable palm adjacent to the lanai. An excellent rental! Rachel, the house manager is so pleasant and responsive that it adds much to the pleasure of the vacation.
