Dream On #145 - Private boat dock, short walk to the beach, dog friendly!

Fantastic views. Very clean but could use new carpet.Beach is fantastic. WarTer chess and fishing from the dock- awesome.

They've renovated the other bathroom now, removed some of the carpet, added blinds and curtains, got awesome glider chairs for the canal side porch, a couple of wooden chairs and drink table for the road-side porch, and added stairs into the water on the floating dock. All wonderful improvements to an already great place on the water, with a short walk to the beach and nice sound views of the dolphins and sunsets. Still could use a table/chairs for dining al fresco, and maybe a fish cleaning table, but still very grateful to the owners for sharing their home and allowing pets and use of the dock. The only complaint is for other guests putting dirty dishes back in the cabinets and not picking up after their dogs in the yard... so come on people - don't be rude and disrespectful. That's not a big deal and not the owners', cleaners' or rental company's fault, so don't let that stop you from renting here! We would definitely go again!

Great house for young 20 year olds to 80 year olds! Lots of fun, family and friends.

We loved the location and the views were amazing! The layout of the house was great only change I would put a stackable washer/dryer in the newly refinished bathroom for ease of use for all.

It seems these are newer owners that are undertaking some fabulous transitions and we can’t wait to see what they do with this place. The decking right to the dock to our boat was great and the fencing for the dogs was such a gift. It was very clean and comfortable inside. We would have preferred no carpet and darker blinds for the bedroom windows, and my wife wanted to organize the kitchen, but that’s just us being picky. The only real complaint is that this rental does need more and comfortable outdoor furniture, as 4 (+ 1 unusable/broken) plastic chairs really doesn’t cut it for a place that holds many more people and where you want to enjoy the outdoors! We would have loved to eat dinner outside while watching the sunset, but there was no table or umbrella/shade. Also, no table on the covered soundfront porch either. That said, we would still return and recommend this place to others. Right on the water, short walk to the beach, working bathrooms, comfortable beds, clean linens provided... it’s already a dream!

It was disappointing we didn’t have a second shower until Thursday since they were in the middle of remodeling and we didn’t find out until we were on our way down Saturday.
