Dramatic New Home Right Downtown

This property did not disappoint. It is conveniently located, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The property is clean and has been well kept. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We really liked the home ....well decorated....clean....well stocked...and close to the center of town. Our only disappointment was the beds were too soft for us.

The house was very clean and well furnished and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Everything was very convenient shops, stores and restaurants.

Adorable place within walking distance to town & all that DT Prescott has to offer.The home has the amenities of home-away-from-home. We will definitely stay here again.

Our host was very helpful and responsive the home was so comfortable and clean. Well stocked with everything. The location to the downtown of Prescott was so fun because able to walk everywhere! We were with our son and his girlfriend so we got to spend good quality time together

This was a perfect location for Acker Night in Prescott. Close enough to walk over, far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. The unit is lovely and comfortable. We appreciated Deborah allowing us to leave our car there the next day until we left for home. She was very responsive to questions and requests. We'll be back for sure.

The inside of the unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside area is a little busy where the home is located. A block from the home is a parking lot with about four food trucks. There is a church next-door and a parking lot in front of the home.

The property was excellent and equipped with everything anyone could need for a long stay including pots/pans and flatware It was a lot more spacious than I expected, and the beds were really comfortable Location was great, essentially anything in the downtown neighborhood is walkable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and there’s a food truck area close by as well

The home was very clean and looked even nicer than the pictures online! The space was amazing and it was only a 5-8 minute walk to any stores or restaurants at Whiskey Row. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was really nicely fitted. It was so comfortable for three of us. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and stores indowntown Prescott.

We were so impressed with everything about this property. It was beautiful in addition to being close to everything we wanted to see. The property manager was so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely try to stay in this property if and when we decide to return to Prescott!!

Great location, great parking, clean and very comfortable.

Wow! We were a bit skeptical going into this rental as we were afraid the listing would be better than the actual place. Turns out, it was the exact opposite. We LOVED staying here. It's perfect for two couples and is in such a great location. We're already eyeing the calendar for a return trip to spend a bit more time. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Host was very responsive and place was very clean. Great location and very comfy beds. Only wish was that there was tvs in bedroom.

We loved the convenience of being so close to downtown Prescott. We drove to the home and then walked to all of our excursions. Our only issue was the bright sunshine that came through windows of the king bedroom from 6-8am made it difficult to sleep. As long as you bring a eye mask, you’ll love this place.

The home is brand new with a perfect floor plan. The location couldn’t be better. Less than a block to downtown. We walked to everything. Ample parking. Big deck. Plenty of room for 4. We loved it. Highly recommend staying there.
