The brick from a second chimney has been repurposed into highly coveted off-street parking. Reclaimed barn woodaccents are found throughout and a restored clawfoot tub adorns the upstairs bath.

Uniquely, 601 Church street has two, large bedroom suites, including a first floor king bedroom with ensuite. No matter the time of year sunlight pours in, giving the wide-plank hardwoods a warm glow.

We can't brag enough about the neighborhood. Historic downtown Wilmington's restaurants, shops and award-winning River Walk are a few blocks away but 601 Church claims a quiet corner of its own.
