Fort Collins, Colorado
Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium Brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins is a short walk, from where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mts, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. If you're looking for the best Vacation rental in town, you've found it!
Great place with a perfect location!
My son, his friend, and I came to Fort Collins to visit my granddaughter (my son's daughter) before she went back to college. Erik's house was beautiful and so convenient to everything we wanted to do while there. The house had everything we could have wanted or needed. Thanks Erik!
We moved our daughter into CSU during our state. Great location to access the campus easily. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in the house. Great place, we'll rent again for sure.
The home was beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed all the home had to offer. Lots of room for the family to spend time together.
Close to downtown makes this a great to access one of the most charming big small towns. Great stay.
Perfect spot for our family of four. Lovely home and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again!
Property was as advertised. Within walking distance to breweries and restaurants.
My husband and I loved the location of this home...right off the bike/running path, close to shopping, and walkable to the old town. I think the kitchen could be stocked better for people who cook. The layout is very functional and perfect for couples. We loved the hot tub after long hikes. The house perhaps is taking a beating from everyone renting and may need some TLC soon. We did enjoy ourselves immensely. The keypad on the front door does not work but the lock box to the side does work. Do not run the dryer and the oven together=loss of power and you will have to trip the electrical breaker outside.
nice place, good location, sofa outdated, hot tub water was not the best and hot tub is old, street parking was a pain but made it work with 3 cars, very close to old town....we walked pretty much every day (15-20 mins) would stay here again.
we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as advertised, and an easy walk to the white water park on the poudre and then on to downtown. Everything was clean and the kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. All in all just a great place to stay in Fort Collins.
We came to Fort Collins for a beercation! Hiked, whitewater rafted and hit several of the local craft breweries. Great adventure ;)
The hot tub is shared and closes after 10 PM.. It is also on a roof so windy that you have to hold on to the lid for dear life to open or close it and freeze to death nearly trying to get in or out. The booking said it slept let's examount of people I don't remember what it was but I think it was 12 there were 8 people in my party and it was uncomfortable for 8. There weren't even enough serving dishes for that many people and I had to go to the store for dishes. Lastly without explanation my bill was almost $500 higher than I anticipated for a 3 night stay, Because of fees that I didn't get an explanation for. Even after reaching out to the property owner.
