Downtown studio w/ full kitchen - walk to Bay and shops!

The inside is very clean, and the location quiet. The outside has trash strewn about. On my first morning there, at 7a someone woke me up by tossing 4 trash bags onto the stairs. I called Vacasa and reported it as a safety issue. It was cleaned up, however, you can tell this has occurred before by the bits of trash under the stairs and around the property. Also, heads up! The microwave isn't working in the unit.

This unit was lovely, if not for some appliance issues. took several days to sort out after the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. I was upset to have my time there interrupted by the mess. Mauricio with the Provincetown team came through to assist and resolve to my satisfaction. Very grateful to him.

Small, adequate studio unit, very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Ptown. But the unit itself needs some TLC. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good flow, but the shower curtain liner was moldy/dirty and kept clinging to wet skin. Need to switch out shower curtain rod for one of the newer curved ones that give you more room inside the shower. Several ceiling lights were either burned out or inoperable... there was only *ONE* wine glass...the minuimal furnishings were adequate but could have been nicer for the price paid. Carpet was dirty and unraveling by the entry door . .. M/W Oven door was cracked (Unsafe to use???) Towels and linens were adequate, but could have been much nicer. There is no interent service. (!) Overall, the place was okay but nothing to write home about. Best thing about it was the location, but for the price paid, we expected a bit more....

Perfect location! Easy to walk everywhere. The studio is large with a fully appointed kitchen. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Proximity to all restaurants, wharf, beach and beautiful view of water!

Located right smack dab in the middle of town next to Town Hall (but I’m the rest of the building so you don’t have to put up with street noise), this cozy studio apartment was perfect for a three-day weekend stay for a couple. Highly recommend!

Clean & spacious studio right in the center of Provincetown. Unit is in the back of the building so very quiet. Near all of the great restaurants and night life.

As I mentioned, the location just off of Commercial Street could not be better. Plus the beds were comfy and the room was well prepared for us. However there were no comfy chairs in the room, which was a problem at the end of the day

This was a great place to stay just at the end of the offseason in April. Not the fanciest digs, but functional and close to everything! Just for the owners, the dishwasher wasn't working and the shower head leaked quite a bit. Overall, would book again for a quiet place to take a break before heading back out to the beaches, shops, and adventures in P-town!
