Downtown Riverside Oasis: Deck, Hot Tub & More!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Well maintained. Very comfortable and well appointed. It close and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The thing that impressed me the most was the amazing responsiveness of the host! She was absolutely amazing!

This property is a gem! The location is perfect for being walkable to all of the main attractions and dining. The gourmet kitchen was very well laid out and has everything you could possible need to entertain. Gorgeous outdoor area overlooking the river with a huge hot tub and fire pit table. We enjoyed the last December fireworks with a perfect view. We will definitely stay here the next time we are visiting Natchitoches!

The location is excellent. Downtown and on the Cane River doesn’t get any better than that. The home was clean and very comfortable. The family room with the huge glass windows facing out towards the Cane river what is the favorite room to be in? We enjoyed the hospitality of Natchitoches. Definitely would like to return.

We absolutely loved this home on the river and very close and walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The back patio and hot tub were our favorite areas to spend mornings and evenings. The kitchen had all of the essentials in order for us to eat meals at the house if we desired. The house is very clean, the spaces were very comfortable and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Love this property! We selected Natchitoches as a centralized location for a friendship reunion. Six of us traveled in from Dallas, Hot Springs, and east Texas. Highly recommend for any kind of getaway or reunion. This house was gorgeous! Stunning view of the river with a spectacular back patio gathering spot. Most of our time was spent outside. We drank coffee, laughed, napped, relaxed in the hot tub, walked downtown (minutes) … and the April weather was perfection, too. Parking was plentiful for our five SUV’s.The house is equipped with upscale appliances and had everything we needed, plus some. Beds/bedding were very comfortable.We will keep this in our top rotation of future reunion places. Highly recommend Natchitoches and this property if you’re looking for a quaint vibe mixed with delicious Louisiana cuisine and shopping. Andrea was very responsive and lovely as a host!

Great house within walking distance of shops and restaurants along the river. Very clean - totally fine with our 1-yr old grandson crawling all over the place. Well-appointed decor. Comfortable beds. Lovely two-level deck where we had breakfast each morning.

This home was the perfect setting for a long weekend in Natchitoches. The location was ideal, right on the Cane River and walking proximity to shops and restaurants. The home was well-appointed with ample space for cooking, dining, and lounging. We loved the back deck with comfortable furniture, big-screen TV, hot tub, swing, and a beautiful view of the river. The host was extremely responsive and catered to all our needs.

It is a beautiful property. The property manager Andrea was attentive and supportive. We had absolutely no issues and are looking forward to coming back for our next trips.

This place was everything it promised and more… the location is perfect!!! Walkable area… restaurants and shops within steps… the property is spectacular spacious and had all the comforts of home. The historic country charm of this property is nostalgic as it is beautiful… clean, well kept and convenient… the back deck area sitting right on the riverbank was breathtaking, spacious and comfortable… my family enjoyed hours of fishing!!! Yes… they caught some …there was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find in the kitchen or the bathrooms …easy access, ample parking for us and visitors… very accommodating host, quick responses to any questions… We will most assuredly be back!!!

Loved this property! Great location. Easy walk to shopping area. Hosts were very responsive and took care of our every need. The deck overlooks the Cane River and is beautiful and very peaceful. Coffee outside in the morning was very pleasant. Will book again if returning to Natchitoches!

Beautifully decorated! All the modern conveniences! Gorgeous relaxing views inside and out! The river is a peaceful tranquil spot! The road in front is busy but it gives you the opportunity to walk into downtown which is so quaint! We will be back!!

Beautifully renovated historical home in a great location, walking distance from the historic downtown district. Cozy, comfortable and the amazing backyard deck overlooking the river, complete with a swing and a table for outdoor dining, was our absolute favorite! Our family really enjoyed our time together in this gem...whether it was around the kitchen, the great family room with windows overlooking the river or the backyard, there were plenty of spaces that provided opportunities to enjoy our time together!

Clean, quiet and beautiful. We had a peaceful week. Just what we needed! We WILL be returning.

It was just wonderful here. The location is exceptional. A lovely view of the river in the back and picturesque neighborhood in the front. It is within 2-3 walking minutes of downtown with restaurants and shops. The house is just beautiful and cozy. You feel right at home in the kitchen and the living room. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. The master bath is just to die for. I spent about two hours soaking in the tub and just relaxing. It’s absolutely peaceful and serene. I have zero complaints. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Living space was perfect size to catch up with family. Kitchen area perfect size to cook and visit.Sleeping areas perfect or every one’s privacy. Location. Perfect for a morning stroll uptown & a late night snack.

We loved the property! Modern amenities with historic charm! This place was perfect for us because it was located so close to downtown that we could walk to where we wanted to go! We loved the view from the living room overlooking the river and loved sitting on the back deck too! It was just what we needed!

Everything was lovely. Comfy beds pretty Christmas lights and tree. It met all expectations. Love the location. Plenty of brochures to help us with our trip.

After a crazy Christmas with alot of family, this was an excellent getaway for me and my husband. The house is gorgeous and cozy.

Beautiful place. We went for the weekend to enjoy the downtown area and the Christmas lights and fireworks. We were able to walk downtown easily and enjoy all the sights. My daughter's boyfriend proposed at the waterfall. The drone show got cancelled because of the rain, which was a bummer since we drove 7 hours to see it and the fireworks. The next time we come to town for work, we hope we will be able to stay in the same place.

The house was beautiful, warm and cosy with everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The location on the river and within walking distance to Front Street was exceptional. We all had such a wonderful time. The hosts were fabulous. We are already planning for our next trip. Highly recommend.
