Awesome house for Nashville. It’s in a great area, quick uber ride to Broadway. Roof top has amazing views. Only negative was the comfort of the beds. Very hard, firm mattress in all three rooms. This is the only reason I did not give a 5 star review. Add a mattress topper to each of the beds and it would be perfect.

Great location in the Gulch area and a beautiful home! Well stocked which is so appreciated. A house full of fan loving sleepers enjoyed the fans in each room. It was a little cool but we still enjoyed the roof top deck! Thanks for a great stay Kevin!

The house was stocked with many amenities and we only needed to purchase a few food items at the store. Plenty of coffee pods, paper towels, detergent, soap, and cleaning supplies. The rooftop area was amazing and the skyline view of Nashville was a big hit. Being able to park 2 SUVs in the garage was another benefit. Kevin was a good host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Hands down the most beautiful roof top view of the city! Quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of home. I will be returning to this property again. 10/10

This gorgeous, well appointed, well equipped, and comfy rental is top notch! There are multiple areas for group gatherings and the roof top offers stunning views! The host was timely with his responses. It’s within walking distance to Broadway and a great coffee shop is right around the corner. What a fabulous weekend we had! We will return!

This was a lovely property and the photos were representative. There were warm throws for snuggling by the TV, extras for small items a guest might have forgotten, etc. The host was thoughtful, placing signage and reminders tastefully to ensure we were aware of amenities and how to enjoy the home. We had a small question about an appliance issue and the local maintenance person was there to help us well within an hour to ensure we were safe and had no remaining issues. Who could ask for anything more! Parking for two cars is possible - but snug. We had two midsize cars and used a spotter to be sure we could fit, while witnessing someone in a large truck just down the street who appeared unable to park due to vehicle height. Great to have the off street parking option, but something to note if you have a huge car!Would recommend this spot based on professionalism of the host, lovely furnishings, great layout for privacy, and easy access to downtown. PS - rooftop view is pretty amazing, too, but it was chilly so we were only out there one evening, enjoying the gas fireplace!

The property was incredible. Great location that was walkable to the Gulch, plenty of room to hang out, and an amazing view of downtown. It was perfect for our girls weekend!

We had a great time celebrating some anniversaries. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Was however envious of the unit across the street with a hot tub. Roof area a big plus!!’

This home is very well outfitted, one of the most comfortable rentals I've stayed in. We liked plenty seating in living and dining room areas, rugs to warm up the lovely hardwood flooring, plenty of extra blankets in the bedrooms. Kitchen felt like home, it was so well stocked. If you have bad knees, this may not be for you, there are lots of stairs, but we loved getting extra steps in our days. The outdoor spaces are lovely and comfortable. View as advertised! Safe neighborhood within walking distance to dining and shopping.

The house was ideal for our situation. Three king bedrooms with en suite was perfect for a birthday weekend with friends. Everyone had enough space, but it was very comfortable. The rooftop has an incredible view. The house is really well stocked, and they don’t skimp on any of the supplies like paper towels, or trash bags that some people do. Great communication with the host. Wonderful location to go downtown town very quick ride downtown or walkable depending on how far you’re going. Lots of outdoor space and comfortable living room for hanging out indoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely return when coming to downtown Nashville again

Kitchen had everything needed and parking was in a secure garage so it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property was even prettier than the pictures and the rooftop was amazing! The place had everything you could possibly need and more, making the stay that much better. Communicating with Kevin was so easy and stress free, he really made us feel like valued guests! What a beautiful and comfortable stay! My college friends and I were celebrating friendships with a weekend in Nashville. This was the perfect spot for us. Our expectations were exceeded. The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures. We especially loved the rooftop for dinners and sunsets. The location was perfect for shopping and eating.I highly recommend this spot! Great place for a large family or bachelorette/bachelor party! Be prepared for lots of stairs (but you will get that anywhere here!).

The location and home were both outstanding, but the host/owner was next level!! It seriously felt like we were staying with friends/family because of all the extra things he provided, things you normally don’t get with other vacations homes!!

As soon as we drove onto the street of the property, we knew our stay would be special. I cannot say enough about the spacious interior, wonderful bedrooms, great kitchen and outstanding roof top area. I do not know how this house can be topped and if we ever return to Nashville we will certainly book this property again.

Everything was great. We came for our daughter’s graduation with our adult kids and it was the perfect spot. Plenty of room for everyone to congregate and have their own space. House was clean and in a good location, easy to get to everything in town. Host was responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Everything was great, thank you!

The property was in a great location and all bedrooms having in suites was ideal. We wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the roof top deck. The garage parking was a bonus.

This property was the perfect stay for our family celebrating a 60th birthday. It was clean, well decorated and well stocked for our needs. The location could not have been better; a quick uber to The Gulch, Hillsboro and Downtown. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and even accommodated an early check in which was much needed. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a great property for 3 couples to visit and see Nashville. Very clean and host was very accommodating.

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday. We were a party of 6 adults. This house was perfect. 3 large bedrooms each with a full bath. This house had all the little touches like coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap even shampoo in the bathrooms. Things that when you are traveling you like to have provided. The location was great. Safe, close to restaurants, shopping and a very short Uber ride to Broadway. Roof top was an added plus. Really nice to sit up there to have coffee or drinks at night. The view of the city is so nice. Kevin was quick to respond to our needs. I would love to stay here again. This house also will always have a special memory for our family as not only did we celebrate a 30th birthday, we also had a surprise marriage proposal! Highly recommend this property!

If you’re coming to Nashville with a group or with a large family, do yourself a favor and stay here. The condo is fantastic. Big. Clean. Exactly as advertised. The weather cooperated and warmed up into the 50s, so we took full advantage of the rooftop deck, which is beautiful. Check in and out was easy, and Kevin was great. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

Kevin was amazing and so helpful. He immediately responded with any questions we had. The house was everything you could want and more. Absolutely beautiful. Would love to go back when it’s warmer and use the rooftop area.

We had a wonderful few nights stay between Christmas and New Year's with our adult sons and their girlfriends! The property was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed times of cooking in and playing games and also easily Uber'd to Broadway and nearby attractions. Communication with Kevin was prompt and helpful. We hope to return!

Stayed for a girls trip. We loved the property. We were all impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and amenities. It was very cold so we didnt get a chance to use the roof top much. It would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen and living are on the second floor and master on the third. No problem for us. Not the cheapest VRBO by far but I can say there was not a single thing that was not on point. Worth it if you want immaculate, uptodate and worry free. Will definitely return.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The place was clean and so nice for all 3 couples to have their own king beds and bathrooms. Roof top area is great to sit whenever and see the city. Would stay again hand down.

The property is great - everything was as expected and we had no need to contact Kevin. The only  ‘issue which may arise is late night music from adjacent properties to this property. It did not affect us but it is worth knowing.

The condo was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The location was great. Appreciated all the handouts and information provided by the host. Very helpful. Had a wonderful time in Nashville celebrating friends birthdays!
