Stayed Sep 11, 2025Celebrated my bachelorette weekend here and overall we had a great stay at this home! Location is great, can walk into town within ten minutes, ample parking with six parking spots (although can be a bit tricky with maneuvering with cars trying to park at restaurant next door), lots of room to hang out with large groups in the kitchen, living room, and on the deck outside, and was very cozy and clean. We had one small issue with the oven smelling like gas when we tried to use it, but Dave came over to check and assured us nothing was wrong. Bathroom sinks were also a bit clogged so would be good to check those. Dave was very responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. Only one morning out of the three did we really hear noise from the restaurant next door (a lot of doors opening and closing prior to restaurant opening, but otherwise not an issue). One thing I didn't love was after I booked the house I received an email with a list of check-out cleaning instructions that felt excessive with already having paid a high cleaning fee. When we checked in, there were different instructions that were less excessive, so would recommend making sure those match and having them in the initial listing so guests aren't surprised by that.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025This house was beautiful with a fabulous location! The back deck is great to hang out on and we walked into town every night during our stay! The house was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Ogunquit!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Absolutely fantastic experience. This house had more than enough space for 5 kids and 5 adults to all be comfortable. It's hard to find a space for a large family gathering without sacrifices but this home checked every box. Would absolutely book again. Hosts were so kind and breakfast next door at The Omelet Factory was excellent! Thank you!!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The home was big and roomy and had everything we needed. The location is excellent! We walked to the downtown area in 15 minutes and to the beach in 20. The owner is very nice and we had no problems whatsoever. We ate at the restaurant next-door and it was delicious. Even bought a T-shirt. Will definitely return.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We had a fantastic stay. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space to gather together or have some alone time. We were grateful for the toiletries and supplies to get us through the first night. Usually, rentals offer minimal supplies but the coffee was fully stocked and there were plenty of shower necessities to get us through. We also loved the addition of the washer and dryer to help us stay on top of our laundry before heading home. I won't lie, the thought of a restaurant being attached to the house scared us a little because we thought the noise would wake us. That NEVER happened though. You wouldn't even know it was next door if you didn't walk outside. We ate there twice. It was convenient and equally delicious. The back deck was a favorite location for us when we were home. Some of our other food recommendations were La Pizzeria, BeachFire Grill (Wednesday night is .50 wing night) you must try them!, and The Steakhouse (Wells). The owner was very responsive any time we had a question.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Seven cousins met up for a little reunion at Mike's Downtown Ogunquit home, and it was an excellent choice for our needs. The home is well supplied, clean, and comfortable, and Mike is a stellar host. We had a couple of unexpected things happen. The deck had been stained and didn't dry as quickly as they hoped, so we were refunded some money for the (truly minor) inconvenience. I'd expected some noise from the popular restaurant on the property, but we never heard a peep. Then we had a devastating family tragedy that led to our abrupt early departure. Mike responded with warmth, understanding and comfort.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Clean, spacious, and nice without being 'too nice' to enjoy with a large group. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with. Great proximity to trolley, restaurants, and shops. Beach can be walked, but probably more of a drive and drop off. Would certainly stay again in future.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We very much enjoyed our time at this home. We were a party of eight, including four kids ranging from 5 to 13 yo, parents and a grandma. The house is incredibly convenient to both downtown Ogunquit and the beach and we often walked to grab a morning coffee or fresh croissant, to do some souvenir shopping, and to dine in one of the delicious Ogunquit restaurants. It was even close enough to walk to the beach, carrying all the buckets, towels and sand toys we could carry. The house is very nicely appointed; it had classy beach house decor, comfortable beds and it was very sound proof. At the time of booking we were a little nervous we would hear the patrons of the attached Omelette Factory or the cars on Main Street, but upon arrival we realized we heard almost nothing. It was very peaceful inside the house and so convenient to be living steps away from super yummy blueberry muffins and delicious egg dishes!Mike was a fantastic owner; very personabale and super easy to deal with, quickly responding to any questions we had leading up to the stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.
