We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The owner of this property switched me to a new location at the last minute. The location was about 2500 feet (0.5 mile) from the original. The new location worked out just fine, but the extra distance prompted me to use ride-share instead of walking in the August heat/humidity. The good news is the drivers were eager to pick up riders and I never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. I won't go into much detail about the new location, since you can't find it at this listing. But the place was the perfect size, easy to check in with outstanding communication from management. The place was clean and everything worked as advertised, and the A/C units were a life saver. I'm very happy with how everything worked out.

Great location, close to everything, but quiet to rest at night. Clean, great host. Fun night and stay!

Had an extended weekend in NOLA with two of my friends. The place was clean and comfortable. It is located within walking distance to the French Quarter just off of Canal Street and right on Magazine (where many locals provided many restaurant recommendations away from the crowded tourist spots). The property manager was very responsive when we had questions and always answered under five minutes. Would definitely stay here again on my trip to NOLA.

It’s a good location. When I booked it had 4 stars. Unfortunately when I stayed there it was more like a 2 star accommodation. The quality of the furniture, kitchenware, bathroom, cleanliness were on the low side. More of a cheap motel standard than 4 star. It was all functional though. Only dollar store V05 Shampoo and conditioner and Suave body wash were provided. Lastly, but maybe most importantly the bed likely has bed bugs. This would be my first experience ever with bed bugs, I’m not in the habit of even checking for them at hotels or other places, but I will be from here on out. After my second night I had bites, that sadly I thought were mosquito bites, so I didn’t inspect. After my 3rd and final night I had more bites, currently the symptoms of these bites are more consistent with bed bugs than they are with mosquitos- lasting longer than 48 hrs, zigzag pattern, raised lesion appearance. The mattress was wrapped in a cover so I couldn’t inspect it fully, but there were small black flecks of what I thought at the time was dirt. I’ve contacted the host and I urged him to inspect and treat, so that no one has to pay to sleep with bed bugs. I’m not complaining, as I know bugs exist and this could happen to any hotel that isn’t strict with cleaning protocols, especially if they are new, diy people who don’t have experience. However you should be properly informed prior to booking.

We had a great one night stay! This was a perfect place for a family of 5 to stay the night before our cruise. The location was in walking distance to the French Quarter and a quick drive to the cruise terminal the next morning.

Great location just off Canal and across from Quarter. Quiet yet accessible with plenty of options nearby, and safe! Room was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. And I can’t say enough great things about the hosts—super communicative, responsive, helpful and friendly. Wasn’t hard to find parking, either. We heard some horror stories but went with a well-lit surface lot with security cameras and didn’t have any problems. Will be booking again whenever we come back!

We were really wanting to stay in the French Quarter, but with 5 people, two hotel rooms were required. I found this gem as an alternative and it worked out perfectly. Actually quieter at night for sleeping too! Canal Street was just over a block away, so the FQ was right there for us. I can’t speak for the kitchen, we didn’t use it. But the beds were comfy, the location convenient. I’d pick this any time I needed space for more than 4.

From the time we checked in to when we checked out, we had a great experience. The communication was great and the loft had everything we might need. The location was great and we felt as safe as possible during our visit. Public parking was close but WARNING there were lots of break ins to the cars in those lots. During the 5 nights we were there, we saw at least 5 cars with windows broken out. Including mine. Was given advice from the window repair guy that the covered parking garages seem to be a little safer. I will try that next time.

The location of this property was prime. A few things they could improve on would be space in the bathroom. There were only 3 people in our group and we struggled with where to put our toothbrushes, towels, and other toiletries. Housekeeping ladies were nice and offered to wash our linens. When we went to wash things on our own outside of housekeeping hours the washer and dryer were still not available to us as they were filled with other peoples linens. The air-conditioning is great, it is forced air so it did wake us up in the middle of the night every time it came on. The sofa bed mattress should be replaced for comfort, also of the bedspreads had stains on them. Overall for the price it was a decent place to stay.
