Downtown Naples Waterfront Pool Home

Cleanliness was okay. There were some areas that hadn’t been cleaned much like fan in the tv room but nothing terrible. Pool was great and warm. Neighborhood was nice and good for taking walks. Would stay again. Loved the binder of helpful information as well.

Looks like they are still in process of recovery/remodeling from past hurricanes. Still have some repairs to finish. We found some electrical issues (missing cover plates and exposed wires, flickering lights, some missing smoke detectors). We were shocked to discover these issues as it is not up to code. This house would not pass a rental inspection in our state.Blow up mattress had a leak.Dishwash did not work. (The owner offered to have repairman come, but we didn't want our week disturbed).Kitchen had only bare essentials with nothing matching (odd and end plates, cups, bowls, silverware, etc,). Kitchen tabletop had holes exposing the pressboard. None of the furniture in the house matches the piece sitting next to it. Bathrooms were recently updated and nice. Pool was great but again an assortment of lounge chairs not matching and some on last leg with sun rot.It was nice to have a bath towel and beach towel for everyone to use for the week.

The online images for listing were not aligned with the actual property - furniture was different/old/worn, back bar and table were old/worn, and kitchen table had chips in. Slider and bathroom door latches were broken with a made shift latch. Ceiling fans were very dirty and the house smelled musty. The pool was very dirty with dirt on the bottom and it appeared that it needed chlorine. Our guest abs us could not swim in it. We can share photos of these. Would like to receive a partial refund as we were unable to enjoy our stay do to the issues noted.

Completely dirty. We even went so far as to clean and wash the sheets so we could sleep.

I loved this property, honestly is a very nice house to spend time with your family because it has many activities.

Charming neighborhood, comunication with owner was accurate & fast. Beautiful backyard lots of beautiful trees, house is very spacious with fun games for adults and for kids i truly recommend this property for large groups of 8 to 10 people.

Property was decently clean and pretty big in size. Place is a bit older. Whoever stayed before us must have had an animal because there was animal hair everywhere. Pool was super slimy and turning green. Bugs were coming in the screen because it was ripped. Other than that property was okay.

The location of the property was good! But when we arrived, the house didn't match the pictures. We found a dirty pool, unfinished walls, mold under the sink in the small bathroom, and mold and food under the kids' bunk bed. There were dirty, broken dishes, most of the towels were very old, and the ceiling fans were dusty. The kids' bunk bed was also very noisy. We were very unhappy with the condition of the place; however, we made it work and tried to make the best of it. Unfortunately, we will definitely not be coming back.

We are a family of 6 and we all enjoyed the stay! I highly recommend this property. Super quiet and relaxing! My kids loved the pool and me and my boys had a blast fishing in the backyard! Hope to go there again someday soon! All in all great hosts and nice home to take a family!

Property was clean and cozy. Ideal for a family getaway. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and it had enough rooms and beds to accommodate our family. The pool / grill area was a hit. Our father got to fish in the creek so he was thrilled. It’s about 5min drive to 5th ave, which we love. Highly recommend
