Downtown Luxury Victorian

Property was very nice, just as shown in the listing. Interesting artwork throughout. We liked that our vehicle could be secured in the fenced area in back while we Ubered to and from town. Everyone we interacted with - from the property manager to the cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend if you need somewhere close to downtown Nashville.

The Fan/Light in Master remote was not working no little screw driver to open to fix. Reached out and property manager had no clue that we could not use light or fan because of it. We tried to get someone to come fix. Everything else was amazing and beautiful

This house was decorated and equipped so nicely. Everything was super clean and crisp, and the owner did not stock the place with cheap stuff. This was a wonderful experience!

Perfect location for walking to Broadway or hopping on the highway and going to Franklin.

This beautiful two bedroom home has everything one could wish for in a VRBO, to include: a thoughtful floor plan, modern kitchen, Master Bath, Laundry Room, and other appliances, great location totally secure, comfortable bedrooms and living room, plus every square inch was impeccably decorated. Of note, the striking and eclectic artwork amplified the charm of this special place. Gladys, the host, was incredibly helpful by providing spot-on directions, clear entry and checkout instructions, and accommodated a special request. She is the absolute best! A very comfortable home with all you need for your visit to Nashville. It is well appointed and very modern. It’s obvious that the attention to detail was really thought out. Location is convenient to Broadway and easy to Uber to all you want to do and see downtown. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back that way.

Kitchen was fully stocked with good products. Cleanest VRBO we have ever experienced. Very close to downtown entertainment, restaurants and attractions.Host was spot on.

This was such a clean, neat property. We used UBER to get around most places, which was much cheaper than paying for daily parking. It is such a cozy, comfortable home. It is well equipped with alarm system and cameras. We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is gentrifying, there are spots not far from it where it may not be the safest to walk at night alone. The house is really close to downtown which’s is great. The home is beautiful and comfortable to stay in, we were very impressed when we stepped in.

This place is wonderful, clean and very comfortable. Also close to broadway. I would recommend to anyone come to Nashville to stay here.

Loved the home and the decor. Set up with everything you could need and super clean. Yes the neighborhood will throw you off at first but we had zero issues and everything was very quiet. We definitely book again in the future.

My soon to be husband, cousin and her boyfriend went to see a band from our hometown in Illinois play. This hose provides everything 2 couples need when it comes to a little added privacy. It has a nice big kitchen table perfect for playing games and such. We had just a perfect stay and definitely plan on coming back.

The host went above and beyond, even accommodating an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The location was perfect, with easy access to Broadway. The house was great and we enjoyed our stay!

The house is ADORABLE, and one of the cleanest we’ve ever booked! It is on a somewhat of a busy street, which isn’t such a bad thing as our Uber drivers had no issues finding us. We had our daughter and her partner meet us in Nashville for the Titans v Packers game and everyone was so kind to us despite being Packer fans. Would definitely rebook if we come back.

This home is likely THE nicest VRBO property we have stayed in while traveling! It was built in 1920 and has been lovingly (and creatively) renovated on the exterior and interior. I was so impressed that I took photos and video to share with friends...I never do that! As a rental, it had every amenity we could ask for, including heated floors in the ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was large and well stocked, making it perfect for longer stays. I couldn't think of a single amenity this property lacked, and that includes the clear directions left by the owner. The location is on the edge of downtown and a couple of blocks off a highway, so it's easy to get around via rideshare or if you have a rental car (we did both). Speaking of: the garage/carport was a safe and secure place to park our rental off the street. Note that like in many bigger cities, there are transitional neighborhoods where older, often renovated, homes are next to new builds and residences are co-located with businesses. The neighborhood where this urban VRBO is located is no different. At no point did we feel unsafe but it's still good to be aware of your surroundings. If you're looking for a ho-hum stay in the suburbs, this property isn't for you. If you are, however, seeking a comfortable and unique property close to downtown Nashville, check this one out!
