Downtown Lebanon, Near Kings Island, Lovely Historic Home, 1st Flr, Washer/Dryer

It was close to everything we needed very convenient parking. The condition exceeded expectations.

We came in from Texas to a band competition in Dayton. We found that Mulberry Manor the perfect place to stay for our visit. It was 3 miles from where my son was staying with his group, so we were able to visit with him between practices and he was able to come and visit us too. Ann made our stay so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home the whole time. She took care of all the extras that you don’t think of until you arrive from a trip. From snacks to shampoo to umbrellas. I will definitely be back if I have the chance. Thanks Ann for a wonderful experience.

It was another fantastic stay at Mulberry Manor, our 3rd through the years. There's a plethora of reasons for why we choose place this over others and it starts with the host, Ann. Lovely individual, always with ideas, and she's made our 15 year old want to learn how to bake....imagine that. I swear she was born to do this. She is absolutely accommodating in every way, but more than that, she's now become a friend. The residence is cozy as could be, well appointed, and when in bloom the garden out back is relaxing. It even has a weather gauge, you'll understand if you stay here.The town itself, it was in a Hallmark Christmas movie so enough said. You don't even need your vehicle unless you need a grocery store and all of that is within minutes of the property. Simply put, I LOVE LOVE Lebanon, the only place I can say that about in Ohio.Thank you so much for having us again. We love it there and have so many fond memories through the years.

Once again a phenomenal stay at this property. An. Is by far the best host I’ve ever encountered. The restaurants within walking distance were delicious and so convenient after long days at Applefest.

Spotless accommodations. We’ve stayed here many times. Great location for local shopping and dining. Ann is the most gracious and accommodating host. We’ll be back!

Very convenient location in downtown Lebanon. We walked to many sites nearby. Good location from which to attend the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I love the house. Coming from the southwest of the US, this was like going back in history. I love the area. So clean and quiet. Not too quiet and loved how the restaurants were just up the street. Host was nice and communicated well to make sure we were in comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

We live in Lebanon and love our town! Mulberry Manor was the perfect spot for us to be downtown and enjoy a break. The space was quaint and perfect, and Ann was fantastic!

Very cute and quaint yet comfortable. The host is very attentive (thanks for the terrific homemade apple pie!) but not interfering. The unit is exceptionally well appointed and perfectly located in Lebanon. We love that it’s a first floor unit. Will definitely be back.

Mulberry Manor is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lebanon. It is centrally located and Ann goes out of her way to ensure that guests feel welcome. Every step of the reservation process, check in and check out is well spelled out. Ann is a very responsive host and takes extra steps to make certain guests are comfortable. Highly recommend!
