Downtown Leavenworth - Walk to Town, Hot Tub, Family Friendly, Expansive Lawn!

The house is super nice, plenty of space and everything was in great shape. Close to downtown and a great value.

The location was great, short walk to downtown. Host was very responsive at first, got us in one hour early for check-in, but eventually stopped responding when I said there was no DVD player. I just got the response there should be?. No further communication. The house was small but nice, kitchen well stocked. Weird layout - have to go through a bedroom to access the outdoor area with BBQ/hot tub, as well as the garage with washer/dryer. Hot tub was gross. It was obviously not cleaned, rather, very heavily chlorinated with debris floating around and stuck to the intake screen. For the money we spent, I would not stay here again.

The little touches made our stay perfect for Christmas! A Christmas tree, the outdoor Christmas lights and the little Santa that you could put your face in to get pictures. It was wonderful!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, and was very spacious. One of the bedrooms is not as private as the other two, as you access the breezeway to the backyard/hot tub and garage through that door. we appreciated the private parking stalls, as we had to drive 2 cars over for the weekend and street parking is not allowed during December. There is an extra fridge in the breezeway which wasn't noted in the listing, which is helpful if you need to store extra beverages, etc.The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking meals, including a crock pot and electric griddle. Beware if you are cooking bacon...there is no hood over the stove just a fan in the ceiling in the kitchen. Smoke detector went off everytime we make breakfast.Loved that the house was decorated for xmas with a small tree and wintry decor...definitely helped to get us in the xmas spirit!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was cozy, welcoming, and felt just like home — exactly what our band needed to recharge after the whirlwind of Oktoberfest. The beds were top-notch (we’re talking rockstar recovery level comfort!) and there was plenty of room for all of us to unwind. It was the perfect fit, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend!

The house worked well for us! It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.One way to improve is to add more comfortable outdoor seating in the back yard and porch.

Hi there, after chatting with our group, we only have a few suggestions and some of those you already took care of. The major one with me is that some of the areas near the backdoor and the front porch need some kind of warning about a drop from the walkway to the porch or garage. I got surprised by both because it was dark. They are not very high but that could really be an issue with someone not steady on their feet. We also talked about the hooks for wet towels maybe in the area near the garage door where if it is raining, people can hang their wet towels and maybe more for the bathrooms as there were 6 of us and we aren't related so we don't share towels, etc. You already brought the hangers and dish drainer so that is taken care of. We ended up using dish soap in the kitchen to wash our hands when the bathrooms were busy so maybe some hand soap similar to what you have in the bathrooms. The unit is pretty well appointed for not renting it that much. Also, another thought was to have a throw blanket somewhere in the living room area so that if someone is up early or cold they have something to wrap around them. We would certainly rent again if we are in the area as the location is also perfect! Thank you so much for sharing this property with us. Julie and Crew

This was one of the best VRBO stays so far. The place was perfect for me and 5 friends wanting a girls trip away from kids. The location of the house couldn't be better. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown all weekend.

This was the best rental property we’ve used in Leavenworth. It is a short walk into the shops and restaurants but far enough away to avoid the noise. The layout allows bedroom privacy for 2-3 individuals or partners with an open communal space for games and cooking. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items, though we could not find any ice trays. The hot tub was a treat and looked very clean. Beds are soft and road noise was minimal.

Perfect location for Leavenworth Holiday events & shopping!

The property is cozy and neat in the perfect location. My family and I stayed here for a lovely Christmas getaway. The space is perfectly located in the heart of downtown. The space is well appointed. Especially loved the games and jacuzzi. The only issue we we had was the kitchen could have been a little better stocked. There was no spices, sugar or oil. Because we like to cook, and had brought all our own groceries, we were not expecting not having these items as most every other rental we have gone to usually has these things stocked. So we had to go to the store and stock up. Thankfully there is a nice market just right around the corner that we were able to walk to. So not a big deal in the slightest. All in all, a wonderful trip.

We have found our place to stay in Leavenworth for Octoberfest. The location is ideal being 2 blocks away from downtown. We could go back to the rental change or take some shots then head back out to the festivities. House was clean and nice would recommend.

We are a few best friends that stayed at this delightful VRBO that is almost completely updated with just a few minor touches left. Nothing to complain about. Very warm, 3 bdrm, 2 bath with all the away from home kitchen items you would ever need. Games, hot tub with extra towels and outdoor BBQ too!

Three of us had a mom’s weekend away and the space was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, and couldn’t be more conveniently located. We thought noise might be an issue being off the main drag but it wasn’t bad at all. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you’re set. We walked everywhere in town, enjoyed the close proximity to hikes, and really loved the hot tub in the evening. We’ll definitely be back!

We came in for 3 nights at the end of August and it was fabulous. The location was outstanding, we were able to walk into the village anytime we wanted and the house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Couldn't ask for a better rental or location! The hot back yard, hot tub, and big porch were the best parts, but really everything about the property met our expectations. The master bed was super comfortable too. Only critique was that there was no salt or oil, which meant we had to run to the (very nearby) store our first night cooking. Otherwise, amazing place and I would definitely stay again.

This property fit our group perfectly both with the location and the actual layout itself. Hot tub was an awesome bonus after a long day of hiking. The hosts were awesome - we arrived early and I asked if I could park in the driveway even though we couldn’t check in yet, they quickly responded back that we could (which helped us avoid street parking fees) and then we were even able to get into the house early. This is a great spot and we will look to book here again.
