Downtown Just Steps to Beach Near the Turnaround Upper Floor

The unit is quite spacious, but also old and needs a proper renovation. While some windows have been updated, others are stuck closed. There is a pervasive faint odor of pet urine. Interior doors mostly have knobs but no latches. The tub/shower drains very slowly, and it's impossible for even a slim person to shower without the body touching the surrounding curtains. Some of the wall decorations appear to be covering holes in the wall which harbor bugs. As advertised, the unit is just steps from the beach promenade, and a couple of blocks away from many shopping and dining options, but it was also very quiet during our stay. The kitchen is well provisioned, and the refrigerator works well.

It was cute, very old, but nice and very close to everything we wanted to do. The tub was old school claw foot and very tall. Somewhat difficult to climb in and out of, but we managed. I would stay here again.

The property was very close to the beach, shopping, and downtown. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom shower was not accessible for my sister who could not climb over the tub. The steep stairs were a surprise as well.

Everything we needed for a fun girls weekend! Literally steps away from the beach and one block away from downtown. It’s close to a resort and other hotels, yet it’s quiet. We didn’t use the backyard but it looked nice, spacious and tended to. The house was clean, property manager had good communication and clear expectations for check-in/out. We called to ask for more wash cloths and hand towels and someone dropped off a bunch of them within an hour. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again soon - next time with my family.

Great location, close easy access to the beach and town. Pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. They even provide a poop bag dispenser.

Nice place! Exactly what we wanted and close to the beach

We had a great time at our conference, this was close to everything. The house was clean. Vrbo did not send me details on checking in. They did not have any contact with me. I had all my contact with property manager. Erin was the Best property manager I have encountered.

Both couches are broken & heavily soiled. The mattresses are old. The carpet has many pet stains. The large table & the layout were nice.

We loved this cozy spot! Walked to everything, even a little wine bar around the corner. The clawfoot tub was beautiful but the shower is tight. The kitchen could use a flat frying pan,lol, it is otherwise fine. Sunny dining table was great for jigsaw and games. Cozy couches for reading were lovely on a rainy day.

Just me and my kids. We had a great time. We've used this property before, so we knew what we were getting before getting there.

Super great place for kids! It was big enough to be comfortable and close enough to the beach and broadway to walk. Perfect location!

Area was great..I think that being a pet friendly place theyneed to have carpets cleaned cause it smelled like urine. Had to go out and get carpet freshner along with one of the couches needs to be replaced smelled like urine. There were ants in the kitchen. Other than these 2 problems the stay was nice.

This was a nice place but the bath/shower needs work. Also when it says has a hair dryer, it should work. Biggest disappoint was the pictures I saw there were no buildings in front of the house. You looked at beach and ocean. This could not be more inaccurate, and the photos should be corrected.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We were within walking distance from everything. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The property has a very childhood vacation to Grandma's beach cabin feel but with modern utilities. The location could not be beat as it is literally one block over from that majority of downtown attractions but was still hidden enough to not have a lot of foot or vehicle attraction in the area.

Great place to stay good location

Love staying at this property. Easy for us to get in and out of, close to all the activities. Plan to continue staying here when we visit Seaside.

All of our expectations were met and we had a great time

Communication was good, able to get into the property just fine. No problems with expectations of how to leave the house. Very comfortable place. Super great location. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness. I went to use ice from the ice tray and there were small fragments of something foreign in it. Then, after showering, I was looking for the blow dryer and it was under the bathroom sink behind the toilet brush. It is for this reason, I rated it like I did. When I saw this, it made me wonder about the sheets and towels and the things that weren't obvious. I hope they can fix this because it would be a great location.
