This 3 bed, 2 bath home was originally built in 1928 but has since undergone stunning renovations that have married modern convenience with the original rustic charm.

A large fig tree greets you at the front door. Once inside, you will be enchanted with the unique architecial gems such as beamed ceilings, adobe cut-outs in the walls,and scalloped archways. Delicious meals can be prepared in the modern kitchen then enjoyed at the bar seating or at the elongated dining table, which seats 6 comfortably. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch with large TV and working fireplace- perfect for cozying up with a good book or your favorite show!
The main bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, and is connected to the second bedroom via a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, completely updated with ample storage space and large shower area. The second bedroom offers a luxe Queen size bed, sure to help you get maximum zzzs. The third bedroom is off of the second, and features a comfortable couch that pulls out into a Queen size bed, if needed.

For days when you want to dine al fresco, there is an outdoor dining area for 4, as well as a Traeger wood pellet BBQ. End your days relaxing on the outdoor couch or making smores with the firepit. Should you need to work from home during your stay, there is a studio in the garden, complete with a desk and wifi extender, to compliment your stay.

    House was very comfortable and we'll laid out (one story). well equiped for our necessities. Location quite convenient to pharmacy, bakery, grocery store and downtown Santa Barbara. Lack of air conditioning was a slight problem. Highly recommend this property.

    The 2 of us & our dogs enjoyed a month at Casa Suenos. It is a beautiful home and was very well appointed. It is in a terrific north of downtown Neighborhood. We would Like to stay there again during the Summer of 2023 if it is available. For constructive criticism we would recommend there be a couple of fans for placement in the house on warm afternoons (the one fan that was found was old and ineffective). A canister vacuum and mop would have helped in keeping the home tidy. Thanks to VROSB, which does an excellent job!

    We loved staying in Casa de los Suenos! Beautifully maintained property, with lovely gardens/backyard area! Great location that is pretty convenient to downtown and the beach, but also close to the Mission. Good communication from management company as well. We look forward to returning!

    Fantastic SB vibes in this house. Super clean and fresh interior style, great garden for relaxing and the location is close to everything. We stayed for 5 weeks, had our adult children visit and look forward to returning! Bedrooms sharing a bathroom was the only downside. It’s a bit difficult to enter yard through a bedroom as well, however because it was primarily two of us, our small dog and road bikes—it was perfect.

    This place was so magical - every detail was thought out and comfortable, from the linens to the kitchen. The yard was a thing of beauty - redolent with such cozy and inspiring scents and surroundings. The location is fantastically central as well. Truly such a stunning jewel of a home.
