Downtown historic industrial loft, dog-friendly, sleeps 15+

Nice place. Many lightbulbs missing, so lighting was an issue. Also, ceiling fan lights didn’t work either. The fourth bedroom/efficiancy apartment was QUITE dirty and no shower soap. And, the sink in that bathroom was clogged.Overall, I would recommend this place. Being a gardener, was quite put off by all the weeds and overgrowth around the property. If I had seen what the property looked like on the outside, I may have not booked it. But, I must say, everyone who visited us at our location encouraged us to book again for our 77 reunion. A little difficult to find the entrance door, but a very fun, funky place to stay.

We rented this property for my sons wedding in Winfield. The host gave us all the information needed for check in/out as well as accommodated a slight schedule change. Response was quick and professional. The property was perfect for our family and friends to visit and spend time together. Only 7 of us stayed in the house but it could accommodate many more people with many beds available. With the kitchen and dining area there was plenty of space for eating and gathering. The groomsmen all got dressed there and walked to the church. The location was perfect as well for being in the center between all our functions. I would surely rent this property again if I have the opportunity.

Our family has stayed here often when we come to town. It's wonderful everytime! The hosts Emily & Joe are friendly and are easy to communicate with, and are very accommodating if we have questions or special requests. We love all the space for everyone to spread out when we bring family together. Enough bathrooms so no one feels cramped and the beds are very comfy! There are fun extras too like games, wine and wine glasses, filtered water, coffee, and a huge TV. Highly recommend this place!

It was a pretty interesting place! Very Unique! We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk about everywhere in the little town. Very quaint and cute town!

The weekend went great! My mother turned 90 so we were in town to celebrate her. The house was in a good location and had great space to accommodate all of us. Negatives: (1) master bathroom shower never got warm and seems to be missing part of the shower handle (2) the beds are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in your back as well as the bed frame bars (3) the freezer doesn’t freeze. (4) no instructions on how to light the pilot light on the stove so couldn’t use the oven (5) microwave does not heat up (6) check in being at 5 pm is really late

Ah-mazing! I loved that my family had enough space that we weren't on top of each other! Loved the large kitchen area for preparing meals. Appreciated that there were lots of outlets for all of the electronics! And plenty of bathrooms so that no one was ever waiting. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The space was great. There was plenty of room for our large family gathering with beds for everyone. The kitchen appliances gave us a few frustrations but we had delicious food anyway. All in all, the weekend was very successful and we were happy to have been in the space with each other.

Great space.

The property was perfect for our gayhering of friends and family. It is very spacious with room to entertain, cook, sleep or just relax and watch a movie. We had eight people who slept comfortably and space to prepare and host a dinner party for twenty.

Upon entering you are greeted with an odor that smells perhaps like pet or fish. First night was rough with the train blaring through repeatedly while trying to get the baby to sleep. The next night (Saturday) there was no train. Group bathroom upstairs does not lock. The other bathroom upstairs off one of the bedrooms had no handle for the shower. We couldn’t identify any extra double bed anywhere (said to be in common area 1) There appears to be 2 twin cots besides the bedrooms’ beds stated on the description. The main light in the efficiency bathroom did not work, and some of the kitchen utensils looked dirty. The hostess was quick to reply to my questions. Overall I give it 3 stars.

This is our second time staying here and it's such a gem in Winfield. Check-in is easy and the hosts are very responsive. The place is open and large but the description doesn't capture all the little things that make this home such a fun stay. Like, the large walk-in shower in the upstairs primary room, the large board game collection, the coffee and filters stocked up, and the super fun karaoke machine. Thanks Emily & Joe for another great stay!

2nd time to book and stay in this awesome spacious warehouse accommodations!!!We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of room and would be great for family gatherings.
