LOVED this place! Loved the downstairs living room and upstairs (kids/parents places). Loved the fireplace and charm.

The location I very convenient to downtown Glenwood and the hotsprings pool! The house is adorable with plenty of room to spread and hang out! The kitchen was the most impressive with well stocked plates, glasses, pots and pans utensils! We had a couple of nice outdoor fires hanging out and talking!! We would absolutely recommend this house and would definitely come back!

Our pre-trip Netflix binge of Wyatt Earp enhanced the experience on the hike.Regina’s kind, informative, and prompt communication throughout made us feel cared for from booking to checkout. Overall, an excellent, highly recommended stay for families seeking cozy, well-situated, and thoughtfully equipped accommodations. We’d gladly return.

Loved the location. Easy walk to downtown Glenwood Springs about 8 to 10 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked. Knives could use some sharpening. Would suggest a low rug for back back when rain comes to be able to wipe shoes before entering house. Perfect location for mid way point to get to Aspen and Vail. Would DIFFENTELY consider this house again when looking for place to stay. Worked perfectly for my family with the 4 bedrooms and the pullout sofa.

Great location, cute house. However, the A/C was completely ineffective for the rooms on the ground floor.

We brought our family to Glenwood Springs for our family vacation. The place was perfect! It was very comfortable and clean. Perfect location for our morning walks to a small local coffee place to get our morning drinks… The hosts were very accommodating for any thing we needed to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience. The home is spacious and fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and offered many amenities. The location is great. We traveled to Glenwood Springs by train and were able to walk most places. 1 1/2 blocks away was Central Market and Walgreens. There was a bus stop there, you could choose to ride the bus within city limits free of charge. FYI they even allow luggage if it doesn’t block the asile. We were able to take it to the Adventure Park snd Glenwood Springs Hot Springs, which offers a huge family pool. We even took it to Walmart where it was a short walk to the meeting place for a rafting experience, The home was so comfortable, we had 9 of of stay there and never felt crowed. The bathrooms were well done, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all our needs. We had so much fun! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone.

This was my second time staying at this home, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of five. We especially loved the charming sitting area out back—such a great spot to relax. We were able to walk just about everywhere. Communication with the host was seamless and prompt. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We met family at this home, as we gathered from across the country for a celebration of life. The house immediately felt like home. Warm and cozy interior, beautiful kitchen and a place for the older cousins to hang out. We’ll be back!

Home was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed. I love how all the drawers and cupboards were labeled. That made it easy to find what we needed. Location was great! We walked to town for dinner and it took us about 10 minutes. We had a neighbor yell obscene words at us as we were walking by with our kids which was a little scary.

This was our second time staying in this house and we really enjoyed it both times! There was plenty of room for all of us plus some extra and it was very clean when we arrived. Be aware the stairs down to the basement are quite steep so those rooms aren’t for people with mobility issues. It is located on Grand Ave so there is a lot of traffic, but that didn’t bother us at all. We will definitely stay at this house again!

We had the best time! The house was perfect. We were looking for a nice place to stay for a couple of days, just to get away. Having a beautiful home so close to everything really made our trip easy and enjoyable… needed with 3 9 year olds :)

The place was amazing. I was a little worried about parking in an “alley” but that was unfounded! Our two SUVs fit fine! The house was extremely welcoming! And had lots of space. Our youngest has Autism… he found the downstairs living room, a perfect “cave!” Lol. Everyone was comfy and the place was well stocked with everything we could need!

The place was in an excellent location and Regina, our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable!
