Stayed Dec 31, 1969We are originally from Owensboro so are familiar with the area. The home itself, however, is very beautiful and well-kept. The owner has done well keeping the historic style of the home while incorporating modern appliances and amenities. Communication and instructions were great throughout the process. The only thing I would say was a negative was the TV in the master bedroom kept restarting so it was difficult to impossible to watch TV in that room.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026House was clean with plenty of room. We did not spend a ton of time at the house but was very convenient to the convention center where we had a volleyball tournament for the weekend.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Host interaction was ok. The number of beds advertised on the listing was completely false. When i reached out, all the host initially offered was to refund the stay, but i had no where else to go.

Stayed May 14, 2025Beautiful historical home, this home is very well preserved. Clean and cozy. The location to the event center is unbeatable. Close to great restaurants and a splash pad/ play park for the kids. The spaciousness in the home is wonderful. Everyone had plenty of room and very much enjoyed this home. I cant say enough good things about this place

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Our host Mike was very accommodating in getting a gentleman out to fix several problems. The home is great for a large group. We had 6 for the week and 2 more for a couple days. Might be better for younger people as 4 of us are 74 and 78. The steps to the second floor were steep for us and the second bathroom has steps to it also. It is very roomy for a large group.
