Stayed May 17, 2026EV charger was out of service. Put me in a bit of a bind on arrival. Property is nice enough. Backyard has a great screened in porch but sadly it had become the home of the broken chairs. Fence around the yard is great and secure.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026Soul shine is a cozy house in the heart of folly with a great location. All was great except of the uneven pavers and distinct mildew smell inside the property. There is a dehumidifier running, but it needs mitigated. Our child tripped and injured themselves on the pavers. I see a review back from 2022 drawing attention to the same concerns. Casago was a responsive and helpful property manager but I think the things above need addressed ASAP.

Stayed May 12, 2025The perfect Folly Beach House! Clean, spacious, excellent fence for our happy dog, fabulous little screened in porch out back for cards and drinks. Easy, quick walk to the beach, the grocery and Center Street. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Our 4th trip was just as good as the first. Our guys liked hanging out on the porch, we all enjoyed reading under the massive Live Oak, the daily trips to the beach and Bert’s were easy and convenient. Had a great week.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Very clean inside. Exterior was overgrown but manageable. Shower head was broken when we arrived but we hardly used that shower as the outdoor shower was great! Overall 4 out of 5 stars! Thanks!!

Stayed Dec 29, 2023This house was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out. It was too cold to enjoy the outside screen room, but what a fun space. We would rent here again.

Stayed Dec 10, 2023Soulshine was fun! Short walks to the beach, downtown Folly and playground. With a 20 minute drive to Charleston it was the perfect distance between everything we wanted to do. House was well equipped and clean. The hammock was a hit with our kids as was the backyard screened pavilion. Thanks for a great place to stay!
