Great location and nicely renovated duplex. Parking spot in the back and easy to find street parking for a second car. Easily walkable to the capitol and down to City Center/Temple Square. Owners have put much thought and care into decorating and providing fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms (I LOVE having pump soap in each bathroom). It was super hot while we were there but the house was nice and cool. One issue (not with the house) we had and owners were all over it. Great location to get anywhere in the SLC area. We were dropping our daughter off at the U and loved how we could get to her in 10 min or so or up North to shop.Great restaurants nearby that are easy to drive or walk to and a great walking trail just east of the house/capitol.Would love to return!

The house was just as described on the website and the pictures were accurate. It's in a great location - walking distance to the Capital building and lots of great restaurants. Hosts were welcoming and kind. We had a great stay here!

This was a perfect place for our long weekend getaway. We were 4 women of a certain age and this home gave us the perfect combination of personal space and common area. Everything was just as advertised.

Perfect for our family group of six adults. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, nice common area. Back entrance meant no problem parking. Two cars in our group but no problem finding parking for second vehicle. Convenient to downtown, the Avenues and City Creek Canyon Park.

The house considered all of our needs?

This was a great property, and really enhanced the stay for our group. The host provided great information and communications were easy. The house was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well appointed for all of our needs during the stay. With four of us, we each had our own rooms and had no troubles sharing the several large bathrooms. There were plenty of high quality towels, pillows, and bedding. We made extensive use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more to cook all of our meals. The location is excellent. We had a minivan for the first 3 days, parking was easy, right at the back entrance. The remaining 4 days were a breeze, easy walking distance downtown as well as easy access to SLCs fabulous public transit system. All in all, 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!

We were in love with the coziness of this home and loved the chic decor. Easy walk to Memorial Grove Park. The kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking dinner!

House is beautifully decorated. Very clean and well stocked. Appreciated the large stock of Kleenex and TP. Great location for the Capitol building and Temple Square. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Super clean, lovely decor, comfy beds. The floor pan worked well for our family of four. We walked to the grocery store, just 1.5 miles away and enjoyed the vibe of the neighborhood!

Loved the property and the location was perfect to see all of SLC. We toured the capital and UU along with attending a Lax tournament at Regional Sports Complex and it was all 10-15 minutes away. We biked and hiked on the trails directly from the house - beautiful city and beautiful home. Thanks!

A lovely home with everything you need inside for a very comfortable stay for my family of 6. This darling is handy to city sites, shopping and places we needed to be. Parking is behind the home and off the street for peace of mind. Highly recommended.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations for location and functionality. Salt Lake is a hilly area, so be prepared when walking from the property. We have a family of 5 with three teenagers, so the walk only enhanced the experience. Temple Square, the Capital and City Creek Mall were easily walkable. We’re not usually a fan of duplex properties, but this rental was extremely quiet. We had plenty of room to spread out which helped give each of us space at the end of a long vacation. Spices, vinegars, oatmeal, honey, cooking spray and pancake mix were all present in the pantry. Harmon’s grocery is super close with a great selection as well. One of the aspects I enjoyed most was the very few items I needed to do for check out. I’m used to gathering all trash, stripping the beds and starting a load of towels at a minimum. Although I’m used to it, I found it refreshing to not have to go through a checklist. I have enough to do when trying to get three teens out of the house without forgetting anything. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, even if it was just me and my husband. Great VRBO!
