Stayed May 13, 2026We recently stayed at Downtown Cozy Corner for 16 days while being close to our daughter, who was expecting the birth of our grandchild, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with just about anything you could need during an extended stay.The location was excellent and close to many restaurants, shopping, and convenient to downtown New Port Richey, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.One thing that really stood out was how responsive and helpful the owner was. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of.Overall, this home truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Stayed Apr 24, 2026This was a lovely place, so clean and comfortable. The master bedroom has it's own mini split unit and I loved it and the ceiling fans. Close to the venue we came in town for and grocery, food, fun. Conveniently located. Thank you to our host, we will be back.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The home was obviously remodeled and had some high end finishes, as well as homey touches that we really appreciated like a well-appointed kitchen with fresh coffee, creamer and waters provided. It was nicely decorated too and the shower with hot water and great water pressure was a dream! The secondary bedrooms seemed a bit sparsely furnished but were more than adequate for our stay. The only downside was the neighborhood with houses nearby that are not as nice - but, it was a great location near Tarpon Springs. Very nice host too!

Stayed Jul 8, 2025Enjoyed the home. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and enjoyed have coffee available. We are all boomers (minus one) and we missed having top sheets. Also showers were a little hard to use but had great water pressure!Regardless, definitely a very nice home and a great property to rent

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one small dog. We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding and a concert, both downtown NPR. The location was very convenient to both downtown and the Publix a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
