Excellent home and location we loved it. Close to downtown entertainment and restaurants.

Loved the location which was close to downtown Prescott. Quiet neighborhood, and well renovated home! The beds where very comfortable and the space was clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent property about a mile away from Whiskey Row and town square. Easily within walking distance if able. Fully remodeled inside and very nice, modern and convenient. Host was timely, accommodating and friendly. Check-in and check-out easy as well.Great experience overall and would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was very clean and the property is beautiful. Directions were clear and simple. The beds are quite firm, which wasn't ideal for me, but everything else was great!

We loved staying at this property. The host was very prompt in her responses to my questions. The house was clean throughout. The location was perfect for us —close enough to town and many wonderful restaurants, but far enough away to be a quiet retreat. The kitchen was supplied with enough dishes, pots, and pans to cook anything we wanted. We also liked that the primary bedroom is across the house from the other bedrooms, since we had a friend meet us for an event in Prescott. We'd book again if we return.

This was the nicest place we have stayed at. Easy to find, beautiful location, quiet, clean and everything we needed. It was such beautiful surroundings. It feels like you up in the trees in the middle of nowhere but you are actually so close to downtown and close many attractions. Well worth the cost, host was great, would definitely stay again.

Very lovely house, clean, location was perfect

The cottage is beautifully decorated and has a lovely front patio with trees. It was well furnished with everything we needed, from coffee to towels and very nice bedding.

The host was easy to work with. She communicated very well. We found the house to be in a good location. The driveway is steep and narrow so having two vehicles required some navigating, but we got it. The house could use some updates and you can see the age. The appliances such as the blender in the pantry was extremely old. The floors were creaky and the steps to the backyard could use some repairs. Overall, the space was clean but would recommend updating/replacing the mattresses and bedding to be more comfortable. Also the when we'd open and close the refrigerator door the freezer door would get a little loose.

There is a huge difference between a space being tidy and a space being clean. Many things in this house were not clean: spare blankets were soiled, the kitchen shelves, counters, coffee maker, floors were filthy, there were footprints on bathmats from previous guests. The first morning of our stay I found mouse droppings under the kitchen sink. I immediately messaged the host, and a handyman was sent out to set traps. On morning two, h came back because a mouse had been caught, and he set more traps. By that evening, a second mouse had been caught. I dealt with the second mouse myself and advised the host that an exterminator was needed. By the third morning, two more mice had been caught. After four dead mice in three days, when I told the host that we would be finding accommodations elsewhere, she said she was sorry that we felt we needed to leave. After nothing more from her for 24 hours, we reached out to VRBO hoping to get some help. When they contacted her, she lied to VRBO customer service about the mice. Even though VRBO customer service has access to our message thread where she acknowledged the mice in the kitchen, they would not do anything to help us because I did not take any pictures for proof of the mice.

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! It was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home! It is wonderfully decorated, cozy and comfortable. It is also in a quite neighborhood, surrounded by pine trees and you can see the stars at night but it is also very close to anything you might need. The host was very responsive and seems to really care about their guests. And to top it all off the price is great. I couldn't be happier and would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Very clean, nice remodel and updates, heater/forced air worked well for cold nights, just up the hill on Gurley from Town Square, Whiskey Row, Restaurants, etc., great fenced yard if you have a dog.

The property itself was fine. Single bed in one bedroom extremely uncomfortable and water pressure in kitchen was extremely low and made washing dishes a challenge. Floor was super squeaky and noisy which woke others trying to sleep when early risers had to get up early to work. It fit our needs for this trip and there weren’t any issues. Ac worked great!

Location was good, House was very clean, howeverthe parking a challenge for more than one car,due to a steep narrow driveway. We parked 2nd carin the area down by streetWe could not get hot water in the kitchen sink even after letting it run for 30 min.There was no cable tv & very difficult to access various channels no written directions & we needed to obtain a code to access most. We have rented numerous VRBO's & all have provided a book with information guests may need, instructions for the house, the TV,phone & addresses for nearby clinics, gas, stores, etc.& while not a requirement, most places we have rented had a nice supply of foil, baggies, saran wrap etc., maybe a note requesting to replace it if empty, which we always have done.

The property was in great shape...the only issue we had was that there was only an island for dining...we also like to play board games and this would've been easier with an actual table...

Very beautiful house. Loved being able to sit out front and enjoy nature. House was very comfortable for four people. Kitchen was equipped enough to make a quick meal. Loved you were close to downtown. All in all it was a great stay and hope to go back soon.

Good location. Close to downtown, food and shops

The home is super cute, the master bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked. We stayed for a month, and it was a great location in a very quiet neighborhood, while being very close to town. Prescott has lots of lovely restaurants and shops, but is also an easy drive to bigger cities such as Phoenix, Flagstaff and Sedona. And of course the Grand Canyon is a must. Really enjoyed our stay at this home.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Prescott this past weekend. The home was cozy, warm, and well-maintained. The location was ideal from a walking or quick drive perspective. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our family of 5 adults plus one dog enjoyed our Christmas visit. We choose for the close proximity to downtown Prescott. The home was warm clean and comfortable. Although the floors were very creaky. And the driveway could be difficult to navigate and park. The owner was very resonisive on our internet issue with a quick fix. Thank you!

My family of 4 and 2 dogs stayed here for a few nights. The yard is completely fenced and features lots of natural pine trees and big boulders. The dogs loved running around. There are several sitting areas to just hang out outside. The house was very cute and 3 bedrooms worked great for us. Only suggestions would be to get mew, softer towels. Loved it and would stay again!

Everything was as described.

It’s about 1.3 mike walk to downtown but doable. Place is tastefully decorated and warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the front yard and boulders there. Truly a unique experience. They even had a Christmas tree.

Property was updated, well stocked and very clean. We will be back!

There were 5 of us and we stayed 2 nights. Even though there wasn't a kitchen table the island worked out just fine. The grill was pretty gross and didn't have any propane but the oven worked just fine! We'll definitely recommend this place!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 sisters and our dad, age 94. He had the primary suite to himself on one side of the house, and we could eat and watch tv together in the middle. Everything was clean and comfy.

We had a great stay at this cottage. Visiting Prescott for a wedding. It was still warm even in late September, but the AC worked well. Also enjoyed the tech/tv setup. All worked well. Would recommend this cottage.

The house was great! It's a small but well-stocked and clean house. It has a wonderful fenced-in front yard that reminds me of being a cabin. Checking in was done via the app, and the instructions were simple. Overall great little place.
