Downtown Carbondale Duplex with Enclosed Yard, no cleaning fee

What a wonderful place for a family visiting Carbondale.Check-in was a breeze and the place was spotless! Everything I needed was there. Modern washer and dryer in the basement plenty of room for your whole family!The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were excellentThe backyard was peaceful and shaded areas were appreciated during the warmer daysThe location is perfect right on the bike path and easy access to town and restaurantsAny questions they had were answered immediatelyWould definitely recommend!

We were very happy with the property. The kitchen was well organized and included everything we needed. There is a wonderful small backyard with charming landscaping and a cozy place to sit and relax. The property is within walking distance of the old downtown area and City Market is close. The host was very responsive and attentive. We had a wonderful time in Carbondale and staying at such a nice place made it even more enjoyable.

Great place for dogs and access to town. Modern appliances, comfy spaces, super everything.

Comfortable and well equipped, we had a wonderful stay. Carbondale is a fun town and walkable. And is well-located, easy to get to several ski areas. We’ll be back!

Extremely clean and prepared with everything you would need for your stay. The owner was especially helpful. The home is bright and cheery as well as welcoming. Beds and linens wonderful plus a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. Location was convenient for walking to the town of Carbondale as well as the grocery store. Hope to stay there again one day!

From the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the property! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Pictures don't do it justice! Our host allowed us to check in early and was very communicative and kind! The location was within a 5 min drive to everything we were doing that week and a 20-25 min drive to scenic outlying areas from Carbondale. We enjoyed the property so much! Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again and again!

The place is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, well-equipped. We had three couples, and having three full bathrooms was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, but in a great location close to the Rio Grande bike trail and downtown. The garden was lovely, with nice seating- felt very secluded and private. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We fixed all our dinners there and had all the pans, etc., we needed.Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again!

The townhouse was perfect for us, clean, well stocked, back yard seating area was terrific. We walked into town several times for dinner. It is close. Kerri was terrific and timely with her responses. We all loved it.

This place was awesome!! The host was so friendly and responsive - lives close by and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The place looks just like the photos and everything was clean and well stocked. We loved the side yard for hanging out and our dog enjoyed it too! Close to everything in Carbondale and we could walk to dinner each night. Bike path so close too! Super place and would definitely come again!! Loved it!

We hesitate to give this place a great review because we don’t want it to always be booked and not be able to book it again. The house was one of the best we have booked.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean which really helped us feel at ease relaxing and sleeping after full days of exploring.

This house is impeccable. Host is so kind and responsive…. It was a perfect stay-can walk to everything in town and drive easily to all viewpoints.

Amazing host who really stands behind her property! Was looking for a nice, clean, place for our family (and one little dog) to enjoy a long, peaceful weekend getaway in the mountains, and after reading the reviews and seeing the 10/10 rating, I was dubious but took a chance and booked this unit. I’m glad that I did! I’ve rented a lot of VRBOs, and Kerri is one of the best Hosts I’ve delt with.

Our family loved this home! Everything was extremely clean, spotless really. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking meals and eating together was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to several cool restaurants and bars.

We had a lovely stay. Kerri was very responsive and even secured a pack and play for us at the last minute after one from our relatives fell through. The home was very clean and well-appointed, including terrific cookware and basic spices/condiments for cooking. We were visiting during Christmas, and there was even a little Christmas tree, which our young kids got a kick out of. Will absolutely look to rebook for our next trip.

We had two of our remote employees stay here for three nights and they absolutely loved it. Said it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thanks for being a great host!
