Best place we’ve stayed. Wonderful decorations, warm and cozy rooms, beautiful and comfortable beds and furniture. Pellet stove is a nice touch and provides plenty of warmth. Deck, BBQ, fire pit, hot tub and a 125 year old unrestored miners cabin are in the fenced backyard. Views of the valley and surrounding mountains are stunning. Was very hard to leave, but we will return for sure. Also the owners are very nice and accommodating. Plus there is the occasional group of Donkeys that roam the area looking for carrots and oranges.

A MUST stay in the Colorado Springs area. Of all the traveling I’ve done, this was far beyond any other STR I’ve visited. The house is gorgeous, has a grand history, was clean and stocked as if it were my own personal home with everything we could possibly have needed in each room. The owners touched base with us daily to ensure we were comfortable. It felt like we were visiting a friend’s house. It’s a good distance from the city, but not so far that you can’t go when needed. I absolutely adore this rental and can’t wait to stay here again. My husband is laughing, asking me to please STOP as I type this review because he selfishly wants this house to be available every time we’re in the area.

Beds were comfortable and the eat in kitchen was perfect for cooking, dinner and endless conversations.I loved the pellet stove and everything was pristine. We loved our stay at the beautiful cabin and will miss the house as much as Colorado. From the super comfy beds, immaculate conditions, stunning backyard views and cook’s kitchen, everything was perfect.

My husband, daughter, and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Bishop's Cabin. Our hosts had thought of every detail in providing for our comfort. We loved feeding the local donkeys with the timothy hay bites. This cabin is a short drive from Florrisant Fossil Fields, Pike's Peak, and the Garden of the Gods. Wonderful hiking trails are nearby. We had a lovely vacation, soaking up all of the beautiful views, wildlife and nature!

We went on vacation to celebrate a couple of our kids' birthday and they just put the cherry on the rop. The house was beautifully decorated for the 4th and had a few birthday banners hanging. The girls automatically felt so spwcial and loved. The house was so clean and Debbie was available for any quwsrions we may have had dueing our stay. The location was perfect. There was so many trails and outdoor activities to do so close we never had to travel far. Rita the Troll was only a 15 minute drive from the cabin! Our family cannot wait to come back and visit. Truly felt like our home away from home.

Even though it was our first VRBO stayn i cant imagine finding better! The house is decorated so cute! Well stocked with anything you might need. The location is quiet and easy to get around elsewhere in town. Im not sure you'll find a better host either. Debbie was amazing! My son has an EV and she went to a nearby charging station to inquire if it only took Teslas or other cars. She called the city to confirm that he could use it, amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our trip to see the ice castles! Thank from all of us!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin nestled in the mountains on the edge of Cripple Creek. The decor made the cabin feel like something straight out of a home decor magazine, but the real standout was the comfort of the beds—they were incredibly cozy! The hot tub and outdoor space provided a perfect setting to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. Communication with the owners was excellent; they were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. I highly recommend booking this cabin for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing cabin! Beautifully decorated and clean. Extremely homey and very comfortable beds. We loved the hot tub, mountain views, and local wildlife (deer, fox). Cripple Creek is a cute town but mostly casinos - not super kid friendly. Beautiful mountain drive to get there, about an hour from attractions (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge).
