The back house is a one bedroom two bath home with a reading room in addition to a kitchen and living area. The back home was recently gutted and remodeled with upgraded finishes. Both homes have laundry rooms. Located just one house from the Pinellas Trail and a few blocks from the gulf for enjoying sunsets.
