Stayed Jun 30, 2024The air conditioning never worked. The downstairs would be cool but upstairs always 80 degrees or above. The owner would not bring fans over, we bought some which was another expense . The refrigerator was broken for 2 days resulting in our food being spoiled, had to throw it away. The listing said there is a hot tub/spa, there wasn’t any. We were there for a softball tournament, we’re looking forward to using that after several games of softball each day. The front yard had a tree completely overhanging the driveway. It was laying on top of our car. The doors and walls all had multiple holes or damage to them. Overall this made us choose to never use VRBO again as they have not resolved any of these problems with us. The worst experience ever!

Stayed May 17, 2024House was a townhome, neighborhood was very cramped so if you have a huge truck watch out House was clean and beds were good and house was spacious over all pretty good

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Its quite a distance to Denver Downtown. The place had trash from previous stayers. I had to wash the towels for us to use. They left trash upstairs, eyelashes on master room door way. None of the doors lock, neither does the upstairs full bathroom.
