From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTSTO THIS PROPERTY. Check in is from 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

Castle Butenham provides the perfect blend of luxury and comfort in a stunning, private mountain setting. Located at Brighton Resort with access to the Milly Express Lift just a 1 or 2-minute walk up the road, you will immediately feel at ease on your vacation!
Excellent amenities (such as large gas fireplaces, smart TVs, a home theater, laundry on-site, and a propane grill) and tasteful furnishings in a warm, cabin-inspired interior combine to create a luxurious and convenient home base for your mountain retreat.

PLEASE NOTE - this home has a closed-off studio apartment below the garage with a separate entrance which the owner occasionally occupies.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Wraparound Deck- Catch breathtaking views of the mountain off the deck, where you'll also find a private hot tub, propane grill, and exterior gas fireplace!

-Primary Suite- Large primary suite includes a flat-screen smart TV, gas fireplace, and a huge bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks, and separate glass shower.

-Queen Bedroom- One of two tastefully furnished queen bedrooms with tons of closet space!

-Common Bathroom- Full bathroom with double sinks and standing shower.

-Kitchen- Modern kitchen with custom cabinets and counters! You'll be able to prepare huge feasts on the 6-burner gas stove and large oven.

-Dining Area- Full-sized dining table for 6, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen island!

-Great Room- Sink into the cozy leather couch in front of a roaring fire! Huge gas fireplace is remote-operated with a built-in screen and beautiful custom mantle.

UPSTAIRS:
(Open loft-style floor plan separated into 2 sections, joined by a walkway)

-Entertainment Side- featuring a Foosball and a Ping Pong table, as well as a small lounge area!

-Loft Side- Across the walk, you'll find a full bed tucked away under a slanted ceiling, and a smart TV with huge bean bags to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day.

DOWNSTAIRS:
-Home Theater- Huge retractable projection screen hooked up to Apple TV. Kick back in the deep leather couches in front of a theater-worthy screen with an awesome sound system! There is also a nearby wet bar with beverage fridge.

-Double Bunk Room- This room contains two separate bunk beds; one is a Twin/Twin bunk, and the other is a Full/Full.

-Queen Bedroom- The second spacious queen bedroom located down the hall from the bunk rooms.

-Common Full Bathroom- Downstairs we have a common bathroom with combo tub/shower. All essentials are provided (TP, soap, shampoo, conditioner)!
