House was clean and washer/dryer were very appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the key breaking in a lot. The phone number for the owner on VRBO was not in working order; luckily, the owner saw my message with my phone number and called me.

A very clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect accommodations for a relaxing “besties” weekend. We totally enjoyed sitting on the back porch just catching up. Great place! Perfect location as a halfway point for both of us to meet. Highly recommend !

We needed a place to sleep and shower while at an event for the weekend, this property is incredbily well kept with great attention to detail. We had such a nice time even though we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making our trip that much more enjoyable.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home, and we came back for a reason—it truly has everything you need and more. We originally found it for a high school graduation trip and loved it so much that we returned for a college graduation.We were traveling as a family—my wife, my stepson, and I—and the house felt just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. The location is ideal: close to my mom’s house, but also perfectly central to everywhere in York. It was so nice to come back to a place that felt familiar and easy to settle into.The kitchen deserves a special mention—it’s fully stocked and incredibly well equipped. While we didn’t cook this trip, you could easily host a full Thanksgiving dinner there if you wanted to. There was always plenty of coffee on hand, which we really appreciated during the busy graduation weekend.We also loved that the home has so much character. It’s an old-style house, very much like the one I grew up in just up the street. That sense of nostalgia made the stay even more special.The hosts were fantastic both times—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to making guests feel at home. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s rare to find a rental that’s so well appointed and so personally meaningful. A true gem in York!

My friend and I from grade school stayed here to celebrate our birthdays and see a play. The house was great. Well stocked and so cute. Loved the front and back porches to sit in the mornings and evenings. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked in the evening and felt safe. The host was great too.

The property was as described, photos as well. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Beds were soft and abundant pillows. Completely enjoyed our stay and eat all our favorites from our youth. Love sitting in back yard and watching to robins and bunny. Neighbors were nice as well! Will be back!!!!! Thanks to our hosts for making this available to us!!!
