This bright and spacious suite with private entrance and patio with a view of a pond and fountain. Excellent accessibility with no curbs or steps to the entrance, or inside and a designated wide parking spot. The primary BR boasts a queen bed and two large closets & desk area, the secondary BR has a double bed and a large closet, the LR offers dining table and a long sofa where an additional guest could sleep. 58 TV and internet access. Super location at the end of a dead end street and you can enter the beautiful and manicured Dominion Brook Park at the top of our driveway. This park is groomed weekly with numerous water features, trials, outdoor tables, public washrooms, and wide open spaces offering views of the mountains and ocean. We are also just a short 5 minute walk to public transit and the Panorama Recreation Centre offering lap and warm water pools, dry and steam saunas, jacuzzi, weight room, skating, squash and tennis with outdoor basketball and large play structures. The spectacular John Dean Park is also a short 5 minute drive which offers fabulous trails amongst gigantic trees with locations for breath-taking mountain and ocean views.

Convenient location as it is just a 5 minutes drive from the Victoria Int'l Airport and Anacortes ferry, 10 minute drive to Swartz Bay Ferry, Butchart and Butterfly Gardens, and the Saanich Peninsula Hospital, and 20 just a minute drive to beautiful downtown Victoria with its' many attractions.
