Dolphin Sunrise - Beach Front, Community Pool & Tennis Court!

House was fully stocked with everything one could need. It was right on the beach plus an added bonus of a view of the bay. Screened in porches and large decks for relaxation. Have stayed at this house 3 times and highly recommend it.

The unit was clean and access to beach was terrific. Complaints from our group was no gas grill to use and an old inground charcoal grill. The kitchen stove needs replaced as the stove top was impossible to adjust temps. Cooking without a good outside grill and functioning stove was challenging for a large family.

A beautifully maintained house with amazing views of the gulf. Very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of nice extras, plus beach bucket surprises for the children. We all loved everything about it…we’ll be back!

Reviewer Comments: As a grandmother bringing her family to St George's Island for our first visit, I can testify that our experience at Dolphin Sunrise exceeded all of our expectations! The location, layout, cleanliness perfectly fit the needs of our family. And the decor put a smile on my face every morning! We loved the big dining table with terrific views of the water, playing pickle ball and games only steps away from our front door, and riding our bikes (or walking) to the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed one day without explanation, which interrupted our daily routine, but more fun was had that day at the beach. We did alot of wave jumping and boogie boarding! We enjoyed all of our meals at home as the kitchen had all we needed. One afternoon I treated the grandchildren to The Art of Glass activity, so they all had a souvenir to take home to remind them of the best trip ever!! Our one disappointment is we did not see any dolphins, so I guess that means we have to return!😉 Oh, and yes, I enjoyed all my conversations with McKenzie(GCVP) when I had a question! Thank you to the owners and GCVP who allowed our family to visit and receive such a huge blessing.❤️

We loved this house and our low-key, beautiful beach!! The kitchen was very well-stocked and the house was clean and well-kept. Easy and prompt communication with the property and safe community with great pool and pickleball courts which our kiddos loved. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: For each of the 7 years going to St George Island, our family of 9 adults and 5 children have stayed in a different home, but Dolphin Sunrise is a place we will return to. Our favorite was the beach with its beauty; it was close to the end of the island and was quite clean with lots of space. The sunrises were spectacular! The spacious kitchen was well equipped with everything needed and quite clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable as well. There were 2 sets of bedrooms without connecting bathrooms, but the placement of those bathrooms in the hallway worked well for sharing. The well-manicured neighborhood provided a tennis and pickleball court which was fun for our boys. It also had a heated swimming pool that WAS heated! We had a great time making wonderful memories at Dolphin Sunrise.
