Dolphin Retreat-3 bedroom 2 Bath Marathon Home w Private Pool & 60 foot Dock

Extremely clean and well stocked house with everything you could need on vacation! Every bedroom has a king bed which is a BIG win for our family! The pool was so relaxing and we even had a manatee visit us at the dock one day! Megan was very responsive and the check in/out processes were so easy. 2 living rooms for us to spread out if we wanted to watch different shows or relax away from noise. It was absolutely perfect for our 9 day stay, we can’t wait to come back to Marathon!

We’d love the house, the pool was the frosting on the cake. Everything we needed was available. And after several communications with Megan, she was prompt to reply and saw that our needs were met. Would’ve gone back next year if it wasn’t booked already.

The house was good. The mattresses could be better. The backyard needed a good makeover. The pool was OK, but there was a lot of dead leaves and dead bushes. And a lot of garbage like there was a deflated raft a broken table. And the lounge chairs were all broken. The refrigerator in the back did not work. Didn’t keep anything cold. Backyard tiki hut lights would not work. The garden hose was leaking everywhere. We had to have an electrician out to fix the dryer, but I have to say Megan got him out there right away.

Nice location. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool was clean and heated which was needed! Self Check-in/out easy and clear instructions. What they Could improve:No toilet paper (not even starter rolls) 2 empty propane tanks. Outside of house could use a good clean up.

very nice home, well laid out and furnished of a week in the keys. easy in easy out boat ramp very close and the canal is a straight shot the the gulf. we were very happy going back in 2026.

Well equipped kitchen for any meal you might want to cook. Loved the spacious layout of the house. It never felt crowded for our group of 8.

Amazing house, great location, and the backyard was the perfect oasis. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again! Just a heads up to bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, and we had to get hand soap.

We had a great 2 week stay at Dolphin Retreat. Everything was perfect.

We stayed for 9 days in Dolphin retreat. The house was setup as pictured, plenty of space, big kitchen and outdoor hangout area with pool is so ideal for after a day on the boat. We were in contact with Property Manager, Meghan, her response time was very efficient and helpful. The house has everything you need; from pots and pans, to extra towels for bathrooms and pool. Access off canal to the Bay side, was convenient and quick for boating. We highly recommend this house!! Can't wait to come back!

Lovely, spacious house. Very clean and great kitchen. Nice pool, dock area and outside area with tiki shelter all wonderful. Only one negative comment: grandson went behind the bar area and cut his head on low, clear glass shelf he didn’t see. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the peaceful gulfside. We always stayed on the Atlantic side before. Enjoyed fishing at Bethel area. Snorkeked at Sombrero reef. The house was perfect for the 2 couples. Pool was great after a day of fishing/boating.

We had an amazing stay this week and don't have a single complaint about this house! From the second we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. We felt so at home we wish we didn't have to leave.

Everything in the house description was spot on! It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to anything that you'd want to do. The little things that were provided like salt and pepper, coffee filters and foil, beach towels, not to mention the shampoo/conditioner were totally awesome and unexcepted! You are literally in the middle of the Island and it makes for a very easy run to get groceries, going out to eat or shopping; even going to the different Islands, an hour either way!We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it!

My husband & I loved Dolphin Retreat. The house was amazing. We kayaked on the canal.We love the beaches and ended our days in the warm & relaxing pool. It is a great place to stay.

The property was as advertised and found to be perfect for our needs. Well appointed and immaculately clean. A few minor issues have been related to the host which I a sure will be taken care of. The only major initial issue was with the pool being heated which was rectified in short order. As related to the host, the amenities listed include “Heated Pool” only in the fine print and after the booking did I see the charge for heating. As I said the host and owner rectified the situation and all is good. I just feel there should be truth in advertising. If there is a fee for pool heat list it up front not hide in fine print. VRBP should request this

The place and pictures are accurate and the place was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We had an infant and they had a pack-n-play wish we knew about because we brought one. Location was great we drove to Key West one day and it was an hour and easy drive. The pool we had heated and it was well worth it and a great pool with a nice back yard area to relax. I would recommend and would def stay again in the future.

The house and location were excellent . Especially liked the two living rooms. Kids had their own TV !!!!!! Being boaters the close proximity to the ramp was appreciated. Will definitely be back .

The house was clean, had ample space, - easy access to open water, pool, kayak, everything you need! Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us
