Stayed Jul 31, 2025Property was nice and clean. Area was quiet and only a couple of miles from downtown. No complaints or issues with our stay and the owner was great to deal with.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025This was a lovely, VERY fun place for our twin daughters' 21st Birthday. Vibe was very Nashville and decorated beautifully. Plenty of space, towels, etc for our group of 8! Fun outdoor space for the perfect photo ops. Ubers were easy to get including morning of the marathon. We had a little issue getting in, but the Owner/manager was very responsive, and issue was quickly resolved. Our original VRBO (1 block off Broadway) cancelled on us 5 days prior to our trip, we had to scramble, we were a little worried about the neighborhood (not knowing Nashville well) but enjoyed it very much, beautiful area, felt very safe and walked a lot! Walked from Germantown back to home, felt safe AND stopped at the most wonderful little bar Grandpa Bar and Cocktails! A must!! Only very slight negative, a couple of the rugs were fairly dirty. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed May 14, 202512 of us were there for a Bachelorette and our stay was perfect! The house was clean and so adorable! Extra party supplies, snacks and wine were ready for us when we arrived! The host was so sweet and messaged us back immediately if we had questions. 10/10 would stay again!
