Dog-friendly waterfront home with screened-in patio, hot tub, grill, & W/D

Right on the water

This property needs a really really good deep cleaning! The hot tub was green and needs to be sanitized. There is rusted old furniture in the outside patio that needs to be thrown away. There are roaches inside and outside the house. The inside needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen lacks many utensils, plates, bowls, etc. The one good thing was the location. It was in a great neighborhood and right on the bay which was awesome. The other problem we ran into was the grill...it was located in the garage which was blocked by the golf cart so the only way to use the grill was to lug it through the house and to the front yard....again not very convenient.

Until something is done about the unhealthy, moldy conditions of this property, I strongly recommend not renting this unit. I suspect it has been flooded multiple times without much repair or recovery. I felt sick most of the stay with headaches, congestion, and nausea, and there is visible mold in the place, with an extremely musty smell. It was also dirty and we saw a cockroach and multiple spiders.

The apartment was very comfortable. Bathtub incert needs replace. The beautiful screened in porch was really nice except it was dirty and the rusted chairs needed to be removed.

This house was falsely advertised in the beginning and not very well supplied for a family to stay for a week. The grass was overgrown and the kitchen severely lacking.

House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!

We thought we were getting the whole home. We were surprised to see the owner and her dog home upstairs. They did leave the next day. Unfortunately, the home was filthy, smelled and has outdated fixtures. Littered and unkept yard. Never received answers to inquiries the entire week, until our last day. The posting is misleading. save your time and money. Would give 0 stars if I could.
