Dog-friendly rustic home with private hot tub, mtn views, wraparound deck, W/D

Photos were very accurate & we were pleased with the cute little cabin. It was very comfortable for 2 adults over a long weekend. The kitchen is setup well with everything you need, plenty of towels, and an extra blanket in the bedroom. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. The location was close to Franklin and the trails in the area, but also removed enough that it was quiet and tranquil at the cabin.The wrap around porch was lovely & we enjoyed coffee each morning, one evening we did get to use the hot tub. Not intuitive, but got it figured out. Checkin was easy. We were e-mailed a code in advance, got a text when it was ready to checkin and a text to let them know when we were leaving/checking out. All communication was either via e-mail or textFor anyone with longer hair, there was not a hair dryer so bring your own. The wi-fi was okay once we got it going. When we first arrived it wouldn't connect but a quick unplug & plug it back in resolved that. The AWD (All Wheel Drive) mentioned int he listing is important, the driveway is long, gravel & steep - my Jeep did just fine, but hubby's sportster would have had issues.The one thing we would suggest to the owners is a rubbermaid box on the porch for the lounge cushions - it rained while we were there & they never dried out, really need somewhere to store the cushions where they can stay dry. If we ever get back to the area we would absolutely stay here again.

I did like the ease of renting this home and the fact that it had a hottub.

Arrived to urine in the toilet, no working TVS and no sheets on the bed or anywhere in the facility. They put a comforter, 2 sleeping pillows (no cases) and throw pillows. Had to sleep on a bare used mattress until someone could bring us sheets the next evening. Had to battle with the management team over this. There were mice dropping on the floor in the corner and on the back of the kitchen faucet. Spider webs all around the front door and sides of the building. They did the bare minimum to get the place ready for visitors. Would not stay at a facility run by Vacasa again. Never had a problem with a VRBO stay. Always been top notch. Not this one.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was outside the tiny home the landscaping is not well maintained. Once we settled in and wanted to relax with a little TV the internet wasn’t working. We called and texted management and they did the best they could to help but the issue was never resolved. We had to use our hotspot from our cell service. The biggest issue we had was using the hot tub late at night. We decided to go out to relax in the hot tub, without our phones. We left the back door unlocked but by the time we were ready to go in the doors keyless entry pad had auto locked the door. Our saving grace was a neighbors house was about 150 ft away from us and the managements phone number was on a sign in the yard. We had to walk down, without shoes on a gravel road for help. We borrowed the kind neighbors phone and called vacasa rentals to get the 10 digit keypad code. Thank God for neighbors. The next day one of the members of management came out to check on us. She was very kind and empathetic to our situation. Other than those few hiccups we had a great time!

Property had broken water lines, The property they sent us too was just as bad smh.
