This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. Very clean - plenty of space. I always pack my own pet sheets to cover furniture - cause you just never know when a sneaky doggo will jump up…even though they know it’s not allowed. But, it was great that they had pet sheets available to cover couches/furniture. This rental also had lots of spices available and their pots/pans were fantastic - not like most rentals where the non-stick is all scratched up. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this home. Will definitely look to rent here again when we go to Moab!
This property only sleeps 6 comfortably. The additional 2 guests would have to sleep on a roll out bed that is uncomfortable and has to be put in a common area of the condo. When I originally booked this place, the description of the 3rd bedroom stated it had 4 beds. To my surprise when I arrived at the condo, the 3rd bedroom only had 2 beds. I immediately contacted Vacasa and it’s been nothing but a headache since. The listing has now been updated reflecting the 2 beds in the 3rd room, however their customer service team is stating it had always been listed that way, despite my screenshots of the original listing. Long story short, don’t book this place if you want more than 6 people to have a comfortable bed and good luck if you ever need help from Vacasa. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Clean, lots of space, fun at the pool.
Very quiet property on the edge of town. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Nice place which was very clean and comfortable. Convenient for dogs with plenty of grass and gated back patio. Well stocked and in a nice area.
This house was a great base-camp for our family of four to hike Arches National Park. We had lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was fun watching the bats at night from the patio.
we had received the wrong key entry code and that caused some frustration since it was rainy and cold. But once the issue was resolved and we got in we loved the place. Everything as described, very clean and spacy. Got to bring the family dog. Hoping to stay there again in the future.
Good location. Very quiet. Very spacious. Very clean. Needs to fix kitchen facet. Spays everywhere.
Family vacation
Liked it better than the photos. Gated patio space and neighborhood worked well for our dogs. Comfortable and had what we needed, would stay again for longer time. Only suggestions would be new bed pillows and USB outlets for convenience. We would have enjoyed a later check out opportunity.
Honestly, we could not have been more pleased with the property and the little touches that made this week even more perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown, had a family community pool, and the house accommodated 7 of us with ease. We made use of the relaxing home and kitchen area after daily excursions to hike, fish, do a jeep tour and see nature at its best. The weather even cooperated!
The directions to the condo were confusing, but we found it and had a great time. It is well furnished and quiet.
The home was very clean, we enjoyed the big patio and shared lawn. The only downside to the listing is having to use a different platform to communicate and pay for the stay. I think VRBO should not allow that.
