Stayed Jul 24, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home. The house is so nicely decorated and spaciously laid out. We were happy with how well stocked the kitchen was and the very short walk to the beach! We highly recommend this cottage.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025The Sea View Cottage is in a perfect location, walking distant to beach and you can view the ocean from the cottage. The cottage is clean and well equipped. Customer service from Vacasa was excellent!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the house! Queen bed slept amazingly. Did not miss the dishwasher. I wish the homeowners did not enclose the front porch. I felt the sitting area was a waste of space. I made a makeshift covered area at the top of the stairs. Location is great! No so great beds in bunk room. Outdoor shower was the best!!!! Yes, I would definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing week at N Topsail Beach.... Julie Dunning

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect little cottage!! Especially if you are bring a pet. Very short walk to the beach. All hardwood floors.
