Dog-Friendly Ormond Beach Bungalow w/ Patio!

Living room furniture was not comfortable it was nearly worn out.

The home was very nice. Had some issues with Coffee maker and refrigerator. Called Property Manager but never got any resolution .Very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The house was well equipped and clean. Really enjoyed the help of John the Butler the few times we needed him. The sump pump for the A/C was very unusual and noisy.

We relocated from Texas in June and needed a place for a while during our house hunt. We stayed a couple months at this rental, then moved to a different rental, and came back to this house until our new home was ready. We would of stayed here the whole time but it was already booked. This house was absolutely perfect for all our needs. Very well maintained, quiet and cozy, nice neighborhood, and friendly neighbors, and close to Everything...shopping, restaurants, and we could literally hear the ocean at night! .We especially loved that it was pet friendly. The owner and management was so accommodating and if we had any issues, they were addressed immediately. We would highly recommend this home for an awesome stay in beautiful Ormond Beach.

What a marvelous home away from home. The location was ideal for all the bike week events and other interest we had planned for our stay. Very clean but warm and cozy. Well furnished for all our needs and wants. We will never want to stay in a hotel again. Looking forward to future visits to this area!

Property was great! Clean and comfortable. The manager was great at getting right back to us when we had questions and even let us check in an hour early. Very quiet neighborhood. And very close to a grocery store.

Great clean and updated house

The property was everything we could ask for. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Perfect sized garage for the 3 motorcycles we brought. Nice little fenced back yard for the dog. Enjoyed our evenings on the open back porch. Having your own laundry facilities is always nice, and that comes with this property. Nice quiet neighborhood. Most everyone we passed waved and a couple even stopped to chat as they passed by. Publix is very near for shopping convenience and the staff there is fantastic. Also give Bruno's Pizza a try, right next to Publix. We had no issues whatsoever with the property. We did not deal with the owner directly, but with a national agency to book it. They created some problems, but worked to correct them. Read your paperwork and verify check in time. Mine said check in at 11 AM. No so, check in was 4 PM. Probably a typo, but still caused us to have to leave and return later. John, the local contractor for the agency was fantastic to deal with. So in summary, great spot to rent at a fair price. Just make sure you speak to someone at Evolve and have all questions answered before booking. Keep an eye on your credit card. I was initially charged twice and had to call about that. But in all fairness Evolve worked to make sure that the issue was resolved in the quickest possible fashion. I would rent here again.

We chose this place based on the reviews and the proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, we did not have the same pleasant stay as past visitors. Our main complaint about this place is the cleanliness. We found several clumps of dog hair throughout the house on the different rugs, and just found the rugs to be overall dirty. Yes, this is a pet friendly home. But shouldn't the rugs be vacuumed after each tenant, and also properly disinfected to at least try to reduce the indoor pet smell? Our 3rd guest also did not feel comfortable using the day bed, as it was apparent that the sheets had not been changed as there were crumbs on it. We actually decided to go ahead and leave a couple days earlier, because we just couldn't get comfortable enough. Overall, the property is beautiful and is a great find for the area. However, more attention should be given to the thorough cleaning of the house in between visitors.
