Dog Friendly, Modern Retreat w/ Stunning View

We were in town for a family reunion at purity Springs and we’re so lucky to come across this gem. We were able to comfortably fit my two elderly parent plus a caregiver plus my family of 4 and everyone had plenty of space. It’s super up-to-date and clean and has incredible views. I highly recommend Staying here. The owners were accessible for everything and anything, and even for gracious enough to let us ship some of our elderly gear up in advance. We can’t wait to come back in the winter time.

This place is simply WONDERFUL! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. The minibar is great for making a drink. Lots of space for sitting and hanging out. The amazing deck can’t be more perfect. Either for taking your morning coffee or sipping a wine at sunset - the deck is going to be the thing that brings us back again!

We had a very nice stay at Leah's property. Our dog enjoyed the dog bed and large deck. The open kitchen/living room has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. This was our second visit and hoping to return.

Beautiful home and amazing view. Home was very clean and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and relaxing with family at this home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans and cooking utensils. We also came with three dogs and loved the enclosed deck for them to wander and play freely outside. My family is already talking about coming back again!

The photos on the website don't depict the beauty of the home, nor the picturesque views! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and there's enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax.

We had the best time at Leah's Valley View Farm Home. They did a wonderful job renovating the house. Everything was clean and they provided all that you could possibly need. The first thing we noticed pulling in to the driveway was the amazing view. Once inside we all admired the huge deck looking out at a view from Ossipee Lake to Mt. Chocorua. My husband, daughter and I and our dog are hoping to return in the Fall. Thank you for a great stay!

Property is well appointed and very well kept. Our group of adults enjoyed our stay very much. Location: 5 minutes from King Pine Ski area; 15-20 minutes from brewery & other restaurants; 30 mins or so from Conway - in short, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communications: Leah was super responsive and attentive. Excellent host. Property: Situated well up in the mountains; Amazing views of surrounding mountains and lake. We were there during snow storms. Roads plowed well - no issues getting around Suggestion for future visitors: Heating is controlled through NEST thermostats. I have no experience with them and while trying to get a bedroom a little warmer, ended up doing just the opposite. If you reach out to Leah in advance, she can remotely set the room temps so they are heated to your needs.

This place was amazing. Very spacious first floor with a big comfy couch and lots of seating areas if you’re with a group. The main bedroom was very comfortable, with a great bathroom. The location is very isolated, and if you arrive after dark, you’ll really feel like you’re out there, but the views are stunning in the morning!! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and cleanup easily after. We are hoping to come back this summer for a longer stay so that we can do some hiking in the region. This place is AWESOME.
