Just 2 miles from Mt. Abram and 20 mins from Sunday River, First Light gives you easy access to the mountains without giving up the space and amenities that make the time at the house part ofthe vacation.

With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and room for up to 15 guests, the house was designed for families and friends traveling together, not simply to sleep a crowd. Gather around the expandable dining table, cook together in the spacious kitchen, relax by one of two gas fireplaces, or spread out across multiple living and entertainment spaces.

Three king bedrooms give the adults comfortable retreats of their own, including a primary suite with beautiful views and an oversized ensuite bath with a double shower and double vanity.

And when everyone wants to play...

Head downstairs where you still have an incredible view of the lake with floor to ceiling windows to play pool, air hockey, shuffleboard, pac-man, pop-a-shot, xbox or switch, or grab a board game to play! Outside, unwind in the 7-person saltwater hot tub, gather around the Solo Stove for a fire, or simply take in the lake and mountain surroundings.

Dogs are truly welcome here.

First Light was created with our own dogs, Ghost and Bear, in mind. We know a family vacation often isn't complete without the four-legged members of the family, so well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Winter brings skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling, with the snowmobile trail at the bottom of the hill. Warmer months brings hiking, mountain biking, swimming and paddling, with two inflatable SUPs available for guests and the public beach just a short walk or quick drive away.

You'll also have two washer/dryer sets, Starlink Wi-Fi, and automatic generator, a large mudroom for all that gear, a gas grill and plenty of thoughtful touches designed to make traveling with a large group easier.
