Dog-friendly home w/shared hot tub, spa, pool + WiFi, central AC

My family and I loved our stay, the house is beautiful and well stocked.

The photos on this listing have been brightened. The house is very dark inside. The property also had a pair of dirty men’s underwear left in the bathroom. A member of our party lost their life on our trip. I asked for a 1 hr extension to our check out time as the family did not sleep on the last night. I was advised on the phone to Vacasa that “no exceptions can be made” to their late check out policy. This is despite me telling them about the extenuated circumstances. It’s worth noting that in renting a place on Vrbo that is operated by Vacasa, you are dealing with a faceless business which cares primarily about the bottom line vs an owner-operated rental where you’re dealing with a human.Even if a later check-out truly were not possible, the messaging around this could have been handled with more compassion.We will not rent a property operated by Vacasa ever again.

2nd time I’ve stayed in this home 6th or 7th in this community. Great area & awesome house. There were 9 of us, 4 adults & 5 children and never felt crowded, good location and looks like some of the areas in the community are getting an upgrade. Would/will totally stay here again.

The Moler Lake House was the perfect venue for our family vacation to Bass Lake, CA! Location near the lake and adjacent to a community pool and game area were convenient and ensured fun for all. Easy drive to multiple lake recreation areas and all three lake resorts (The Pines/Ducey's, Miller's Landing, and The Forks). Air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a spacious family room/kitchen were a plus. The Vacasa staff were very responsive when I had a few questions about the property. This house has plenty of room nice layout and good view, the master has a deck attached through a sliding glass Door! Great to sit and start your day with a book or coffee and relax. The pool is close by if you want to swim, the lake is walking distance from the back door. Yosemite national park is about an hour away with great views and winding roads! It's a great drive. So in short it's a great place to stay and it sleeps 9 and I would book the house again when I come back to bass lake...

This was great for our small group. Bed configuration would have allowed 7 or 8 but not 9 unless children. Thank you for allowing us to bring our well-behaved dog. That’s a big deal for us. I loved walking down to the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Cards and games available. Great house for families.

Enjoyed the ease of access to Yosemite park, nearby horseback riding and fishing. AC worked great and made it comfortable in the heat. Onsite amenities including pool and ping-pong were a hit.

Loved staying here and hope to do it again. Love proximity to lake and quiet neighborhood. The fridge was flickering so they brought a new one for us. Appreciate it. Lots of lake and pool amenities included. We would come back to this house again! Things to improve: - listing says tennis courts but the courts have been demoed/neglected… an eye sore (no fault to owner but would need to change listing) - keyless entry is tricky. One day, it took us 15 minutes to get the buttons to work

The bed linens where not changed both refrigerator where not working properly

Great access to lake for walking dogs in safe tranquil environment. Close to Oakhurst for groceries and close to pine village for kayak rentals. Went to Yosemite too and overall great visit. Big kitchen and table for nightly family dinners.

VERY COMFORTABLE STAY . WOULD DO SO AGAIN. HOWEVER THE TENNIS COURTS OUTSIDE WERE IN STATE OF DISREPAIR.
